Yes I have. I have a 1GC controller. It is plugged in and works fine when I test it but when I want to play a game it only lets me use the keyboard still. Please give me a step by step; from plugging my remote in to actually playing games with it. I have tried several times with several different games with no luck. I am sure I am missing something.

Thank you so much for your timely response!

Are you using the plug in? What systems of games are you trying for, and what browser are you using?

The controls have to be configured manually for each system. For NES you'll double click the game window for the menu, then click the configure-button in the top-left corner. For SNES you'll access the menu with the Esc key, from there you'll click the Config tab--in that drop-down list you'll click Input. In the input window you'll click Set Keys.

There could be a number of reasons why the controller doesn't work, but since you say it's calibrated and you're using Firefox, then perhaps the driver needs to be uninstalled/reinstalled or updated. Or you can try different USB ports (on the back, front, etc).

If you are not using the plugin, refer to this thread
