This is a tough one. Twinrova was fun in Ocarina of Time. It was straightforward, but still tricky. Their death was amusing when they finally died.

1. The final "Robotnik Space Chase" in Sonic 3 and Knuckles. Flying through space as Super Sonic was just cool to me.

2. The Ruby Weapon from FF7. You know you've played too much when you can win with just Cloud AND dodge Ultima.

3. The Cid Raines fight in FF13. That was the first real challenge the game presented me.
