Actually the first time I remember seeing 3D was playing Rad Racer for the first time in the late 80's I didn't think it worked that great...

but then when I went to universal studio's during the 90's and saw the Alfred Hitchcock 3D thing with the birds and stuff flying at you...that was pretty cool. Especially since it was like 20 years ago.

Nowadays I'm not always that thrilled with 3D. There are some movies where it's cool, but generally I prefer my movies in 2D. I mean who wants to watch comedy movies in 3D? lol

the first 3d film was something like finding titanic aggges ago (ahh the memories:') ) but yeah there was this advert where the bugs came out at you and they looked soo close i was like eeek wdf! but back then 3d was pretty new even to cinema my mind had been blown :p

The first thing I've seen in 3D was Monsters VS Aliens.

I guess there was a sense of depth added, but the 3D effects weren't there.
