When I first played the game I was so excited about a nin64 game actually worked. Then I noticed that the game is miserably slow. Even though it makes me impossible to beat It still ticks me off to no end. I'm wondering if there is any possible way to actually play at a decent speed. Also for people who need more details, I use a small laptop with an updated plugin and I have tried with all browsers.

Cloudrules : Well a fast internet connection could provide a positive result, as well as a good graphics card and powerful computer/laptop.
It may even just be the game suffering from fps lag/buffer.
It would also help to specify which game you are referring to.

Well N64 emulators are surprisingly cumbersome on Graphics cards. If you are running older hardware, that is probably what's causing the issue.

You know, you might not need to update your graphics card. If you're running things on a laptop, look toward your bottom right corner of the screen and look for a little symbol that looks like a battery. Click on it and it should give you some options for battery power where you can make the computer runs faster on higher settings.

I've found that some of the games slow down if my RAM reaches 100% (you can check it at any time under the performance tab in Windows Task Manager). It could help if you closed other programs and tabs that could be using RAM.

If you have Vista or 7 you can also use a special feature that they included called ReadyBoost. Readyboost can be done in XP (or so I've heard), but it's much more complicated. Here are a few links that might help with computer speed:

ReadyBoost for Windows 7 (instructions also apply to Vista):

Other stuff from the Microsoft site:
