hey, I need help, my brother used his minecraft account to download it on my computer, now I'm going to download it on my friends computer so we can do multiplayer together, since I don't have an account I log in as "player" and so will he, and when another guests comes on the server, the first one gets kicked off!

is there any way for two guests to play on the same multiplayer server at the same time?
or does one of us have to buy another account?

I believe that you will be required to buy a new account unfortunately. This is due to the fact that one account has only a single set of variables and each account has a set. These sets contain important info such as for example there xyz position, membership details, inventory, stats, ect. This is done with all games that have online accounts. Since there is only 1 set of variables and 2 users the game kicks off them to prevent multiple writes to those variables from 2 different sources preventing data corruption or abusing. I may be wrong but I'm 90% sure this is the reason. I don't know exactly how mindcraft functions data so I can only give a common theory based on common games.

I'm going to say Jack is probably right here, but just to check, are you trying to log onto the same multiplayer server at the same time from the same location?
If so then it might actually be reading the IP address instead, in which case you should try joining the same server as your friend when you are at home while he logs in at his home.
But yeah, more then likely you will need another account, sorry
