Well, the PS2 has so many games, and I don't like most of them, so that's a really tough decision. But overall, Tetris Worlds was the worst game I've played for it.

There's probably a lot of duds, but first to come to mind is Evergrace. Weird music and little to no plot. Also when you equip armor, it will all be visible which is not a bad thing, you can equip frying pans for helmets and weird articles like that. Overall it's a strange game that I found frustrating and only slightly entertaining.
