hello everyone i am trying to download vba emulator to play a few games that are not on vizzed.so i went to get your rom.com and i downloaded vba but about 4 days ago i downloaded zsnes for the same reason and now when i down load anything windows auto maps it to open with zsnes. since i never independently got vba i dont know if its an application that opens by itself or just a zip file or something. so my question is how to i get vba to open independently , please help

Well, you can try unZipping it, and then clicking it Open. To play Roms, click "File" and "Open" and then you select your rom.

VBA from GYR is in a zip file that needs extracting.
Depending on what you have installed to extract zip and rar files you just right click the VBA file and use the extract menus.

That sounds like you probally opened some snes games while they were still zipped by dropping them on the zsnes program.
If this is the case then windows has probally mapped archives to be zsnes files.

What program do you have installed to extract zip and rar files and what windows version do you have?

thanks for the help after i had unzipped it vba ran as a application also i had to mess with vista a little bit more to separate zsnes from other programs so thanks i figured it out
