I think nearly every country messed up when it came to covid.

It's easy to look back and say lockdowns were pointless, but they were just designed to buy time for the proper vaccines to be created and perfected. We could have quite easily had a future where it developed into a strain far more deadly also.

Then again, how can you possibly help a country when people refused to even wear a mask to help prevent infecting others.

TL;DR the virus was a worldwide problem, barely any country handled it well, luckily it went in humanity's favour.
