The General is a reploid, cyborgs with human traits, who first appeared in Mega Man X4. He was tragically labeled a maverick, which are reploids who pose a danger to the world. He was caught up in a tragic war that should not have happened, so lets learn about this tragic figure.


Repliforce was created to assist the Maverick Hunters in suppressing maverick activity. It is rumored Repliforce was created by Cain Labs. The General was created to be the CEO and highest military officer in the Repliforce Army. He was made to be level headed, calm, and a voice of reasoning. His organization ended up doing well. Together the Maverick Hunters and Repliforce worked well together. Repliforce had several unites including air force, navy, infantry and other units. They ended up becoming the largest military force in the world.

General was well respected by his soldiers, his officers, the world and the Maverick Hunters. X and Zero worked well with him as at that time the Maverick Hunters and Repliforced worked well together. They would even have their members train with the other organization. The world was at peace and there was no maverick activity for a while. Oh, but things were about to change.

Sigma returned and ordered his new maverick army to attack the Sky Lagoon. Repliforce was in the area and came to help. X and Zero did not know what had happened at first. They asked the Colonel and the Repliforce to surrender and come in for questioning. Repliforce refused to surrender. In the meantime Sigma was manipulating the General into thinking he needed a reploid only nation.

Repliforce was labeled as mavericks. The General decided to create a reploid only nation. But he stressed no harm to the humans and reploids that did not want to be apart of the new nation. He also stressed it was not a insurrection but they had no choice. The once two close organizations started to fight each other in a civil war. The Civil War would cause over 90% of both armies to be destroyed.

General had occupied the final weapon. He was building it in case he was attacked. After X and Zero stopped him. He realized that the final weapon was being controlled by Sigma. The General then realized that Sigma was behind it all and the two armies had both been manipulated in fighting a pointless war. X and Zero stopped Sigma. But the weapon was still being influenced by Sigma. General stated he could stop the weapon by blowing himself up. Despite X and Zero pleas the General stated if he did not do it his troops would have died in vain. He also said this was his way of dying a man of peace and a hero. General successfully stopped the weapon in a suicide act. He ended up dying a hero.

Appearance- General is a tall reploid. It is speculated he might have been the tallest reploid created. He has golden armor with blue and red fists. He is sometimes seen as wearing a cape with several military symbols. He also has a beret type hat with several military symbols on it.

Personality- The General is a cool, level headed, and calm person. He is a brilliant military leader and great at planning missions. He has a strong sense of justice and honor. He wants there to be peace but also understands force is needed. Even when he was manipulated he did not want any harm to those who opposed him. He also has a sense of remorse as he blew himself up to save the world and to die a hero. His main flaw was he was stubborn being a military person he could not see that his organization was being manipulated. On the other hand, Repliforce was created to fight to the death. That is probably why he refused to surrender which lead to his downfall as well as the destruction of his organization. He is shown to be caring as he cares for his organization and others.

Abilities- The General has the ability to plan tough military actions. He can also fire his hands that can punch through anything. In addition, he can float in the air despite being big, bulky, tall, and heavy. He is also very intelligence as he reads everything this goes into his planning. He has very tough armor that can stop machines from functioning this is seen at the end of the game.

Attacks- The General biggest attacks include using his massive size as an advantage. He can tackle his opponents using his weight. He can also fire laser rings from his hands. The lasers are very powerful and can burn as well as cut through anything. He can also fire powerful plasma spheres. He can fire his fists. His fists can punch through anything including steal.

Weakness- The General is weak to the slash attacks. X's twin slasher works well. Zero has a harder time and he is weak to Zero's advanced saber. General's size makes him hard to hit as he can be off the screen. On the other hand, the General is not very fast due to his massive size. Still, he makes up with it by floating. Sometimes X can just use the nova strick and plasma shots to wear him down.

Height- Unknown but known to be over 12 feet he could be as high as 15 feet.

Weight- estimated to be over 600 pounds speculated but not confirmed.

Power- The general has great power

Speed- Due to his massive size the General is not that fast, but beware he can float which helps him make up for it.

In conclusion, The General despite starting a coupe is considered a tragic character and a hero. He is considered tragic because even when he was manipulated by Sigma. He did not want any harm to those who did not share his new ideology. His decision lead to the destruction of his army as well as 90% of the maverick hunters. He felt very remorse for his actions. When he did what he did the most respected military mind was now seen as a maverick. After being stopped by X and Zero he realized that Sigma was the one behind it all. Feeling remorse for his actions he felt like he needed to take himself out as a way of repentance. X and Zero decided that the General along with the Colonel as well as Iris should be remembered as heroes instead of traitors. X and Zero saw that the General was remembered for being a hero and how he saved the world from Sigma. Anyway this concludes the General Biography.
