Anybody who reads my Biographies knows I do a lot of Mega Man characters. Today I decided I would do something different. I'm going to be doing a biography of Professor E Gadd from the Mario Series. I have been wanting to do this one for a while. The reason being is because I'm a scientist myself. As a scientists I thought it would be cool to do a biography of a fictional scientists. Anyway, lets learn about Professor E Gadd.

Professor E Gadd is from the Mario Franchise. He mainly appears in the Luigi's Mansion games. In fact, that is when he was introduced as a Mario Character.

He was real young when he got into college. In some versions of the games he stated he was 14 years old when he was in college. He reveals that he was a genius and his professors were impressed with him. On the other hand, his professors also threw books at him because being a teenager he had the personality of a teenager and would make funny jokes. He earned multiple degrees.

When he was younger he set up base near a volcano to study it. Although, it is not mentioned and only hinted at one of his degrees may have been in Geology or Engineering. At sometime E Gadd encountered ghosts he started to study ghosts and became an expert in the paranormal field. It is hinted another degree he had was engineering. He is constantly inventing things.

His inventions earned him many patents. He started to develop tools that could be used to capture ghosts, detect paranormal activity. He even invented a machine that could turn ghosts into paintings. His inventions could also be used to break illusions.

At some time he even started to teach classes on the field of ghosts and paranormal activity earning his PHD in the field and teaching students. He started to accumulate wealth. By the time he was 30 he had founded Gadd Labs which he marketed his inventions.

He set up bases near Boo Woods to study Boo's, and he also had a base in Evershade Valley to study how the Dark Moon calmed ghosts and made them friendly.

Now as an elder scientists he notices a mansion that appeared out of nowhere near Boo Woods. Gadd goes into the mansion with his polterguest weapons to capture ghosts. This is were he encountered Luigi who had come looking for Mario. Luigi reveals that he got a letter saying he won the mansion. Gadd later learns that King Boo had captured Mario. E Gadd teaches Luigi how to use his inventions to save Mario and stop King Boo.

He moves back to his other base in Evershade Valley with his research getting well documented and earning him awards in his field. However, King Book breaks the Dark Moon sending the ghosts into a rampage. E Gadd gets Luigi again. He teaches Luigi his new high tech inventions. Eventually Luigi restores the Dark Moon and Gadd caries on his research.

Some Time later he gets a letter saying he was going to earn another award and it was going to be presented at a motel. It turns out the Motel was a ruse. Gadd gets captured but is freed by Luigi. He helps Luigi once again rescue his friends and family.

Appearance- E Gadd is a short elderly scientists. He has thick glasses and he is mostly bald. He often wears a lab coat. His glasses give the impression they have swirls. This seems to be a theme in Nintendo. Other scientists have swirly glasses in the Mario World. Professor Frankly also has these same glasses. Iggy Koopa who is a mad scientists also wears them. Lud Wig Von Koopa who sometimes wears glasses when he is inventing also is seen with them.

Personality- E Gadd has a serious type personality. He takes his research seriously and he is proud that he is the leading expert in his respective field. He is also thrilled about his inventions and is proud of them. On the other hand, he is witty and can make wise cracks. He often makes wise cracks at Luigi and his friends. Basically he can be serious but likes to joke. Another type of his personality is he is very detailed. He often over explains things so much that sometimes he puts people to sleep. Luigi and Mario have both commented how his stats on ghosts are full of knowledge but very long and very detailed.

Allies

Luigi- he is a mentor to Luigi but is not afraid to roast him. He likes working with Luigi and teaches Luigi how to use his inventions to save his friends. He trusts Luigi as the only trusty ghost capturer he knows

Mario-He is friends with Mario via Luigi as Mario is Luigis brother.

Peach- He is friends with Peach due to being friends with the Mario Brothers. It is also likely he is friends with Luigi's girlfriend Princess Daisy

Yoshii- He is friends with Yoshii in other Mario Games.

Toads- He is friends with the Toads in fact he often employs them to manage his bases.

Neutral

Wario- Wario and E gadd do not interact that much so it is likely they are not really friends but not really enemies either.

Lady Bow- Even though she is a Boo she is not hostile toward him. Thus, he probably treats her with respect.

Enemies

King Boo- This is E Gadd's biggest enemy. King Boo has caused him lots of problems such as freeing the ghosts in his collection, attacking his lab, breaking the dark moon, and his actions in Luigi's Mansions. King Boo has also stated how he despises Luigi and that Professor who is always inventing things.

Bowser- E Gadd is also an enemy to Bowser this is likely due to Bowser being really good friends with King Boo. In some games Bowser even references this.

Certain Boos- Boos give Gadd problems especially the ones that follow King Boo.

Helen- He is an enemy to Helen who appeared in Luigi Mansion's 3. She freed King Boo and tricked Gadd into thinking he was going to earn another reward.

Overall, Professor E Gadd is a genius and has multiple degrees. Although, he is seen as the expert in paranormal activity. He is serious about his research and field. But is not afraid to tell jokes. He is a typical scientists and very detailed.

I will be honest, I was looking forward to doing this Biography because as I stated I'm a scientists myself. Although my field is Meteorology. I have some of the same characteristics as E Gadd. I'm very detailed, and serious about my field. But I also like to joke around.
