My favourite is Apothecary diaries. Frieren is pretty great too. I'll leave it at that, though I could post quite a bit about most of the anime I've watched this year.

Unless I'm really forgetting something my favorite anime of 2023 is easily Frieren as I don't really recall much coming out that I thought was amazing. Okay after double checking apparently my memory is terrible I thought Oshi no Ko was amazing as well so far I'd say I still would say Frieren is my favorite but I was shocked at how popular Oshi no Ko was and how popular Idol the OP for it was and still is to this day I'm sure there's people who would say it was their favorite of the year for the OP song alone.
