I've been playing Ride to the point that I now essentially have all of the Naked Bikes for the first few sets of Races.

Unfortunately, I'm a bit stuck on one Race that I want to focus on. Actually, it's less one Race and more one type of Race: Team Events.

I utterly dominate the competition while my Teammate is stuck in the middle, leading me to only being able to get Bronze. I looked in the Teammates Menu and feel stumped. No way of training or improving Teammates or hiring or unlocking new ones. I don't even know how to unlock them.

Has anyone here played this game like I do? I'd appreciate some tips regarding Teammates.
