I've upgraded the version of RetroArch that Vizzed uses from 1.9.14 to 1.10.0 for most of the systems.
This is a pretty big
update. They've also added (or fixed) a few new cores (emulators) that I'll make available at some point. Those include:
-bk
-chailove (2D game development framework)
-craft (minecraft clone)
-freechaf (Fairchild emulator)
-gearcoleco (ColecoVision emulator)
-jaxe (CHIP-8 emulator)
-minivmac (Mini Macintosh emulator)
-vitaquake2-rogue
-vitaquake2-xatrix
-vitaquake2-zaero
-wasm4 (another game development framework)
I'm not sure if the 2 game development frameworks allow people to make the games within retroarch or if it just allows people to play games with it. Preferably both but either would be pretty cool.
I also added another emulator for Game Boy Advance: mgba.
Here's a list of every system that got upgraded to 1.10.0:
-Arcade
-Atari Lynx
-Game Boy
-Game Boy Advance
-Game Boy Color
-Game Gear
-Neo Geo Pocket
-Neo Geo Pocket Color
-Nintendo NES
-Sega Genesis
-Sega Master System
-Super Nintendo
-WonderSwan
-WonderSwan Color
-Virtual Boy
Systems still using 1.9.10:
-TurboGrafx
Systems still using 1.9.0:
-Atari 2600
-Atari 7800
-Commodore 64
Systems still using 1.7.7:
-Nintendo 64
If you experience any issues that are probably caused by the new version, let me know.
