This is another one of those games I actually did own when I originally owned my Genesis, and now I own it again since it's part of the Genesis mini. This was also on my list of games I would play during my time off in the holidays but unfortunately Columns NEVER landed on the randomizer so I didn't play it, also what took up time was whenever I landed on a game that came with a franchise I would find myself playing the other games in said franchise

Gameplay and Story: So unlike most Tetris clones, this is more of a line up thing rather than erasing horizontal lines, last long enough and you'll find the ever elusive flash gem that can be a big help (wish I had that when playing Mean Bean machine)

Graphics: I love how they practically show off the texture of the gems here, and now these days I can't help but think about this game whenever I think of a bag of gems.

Soundtrack: The game offers you three different background soundtracks to use while you play which you don't see in alot of games, one of which sounds an awful lot like the background music you would hear when you insert the 6-pak cartridge, or basically any of the multi game pak Sega Genesis cartridges...I'm guessing this game is where the track came from, and yet somehow the tracks never seem to loops once reached a certain part of the track.

Addictive: I would say it is.

Depth: it depends on how long you play it for I have not kept track of how far I have ever gotten in the game.

Difficulty: It's not that hard it's a vertical rotation rather than what you normally see with Tetris.

Post review follow up: You know what amazed me, this game reached many, many platforms up to the game boy advance...how has this game not made a comeback think of the graphics! What if Bejeweled killed columns? nah different format, but how have they not done it in the style of Lose your Marbles?

This concludes my review, join me tomorrow when I review another random Genesis game, but I think I might be in over my head because I didn't own alot of games, maybe I'll do Super Hang-on
