well I won't have much to say for an opener I'm choosing these PC game reviews by how I see them in the page numbers and came across this. I actually bought this version a couple of years ago, like way before Christmas but likely around the tail end of the Summer, maybe the fall of 2019, but I definitely got this in 2019.
Gameplay and Story: Well it's a racing game, the idea is to try and complete all of the laps you were assigned per track. Also if you've played Daytona USA for Sega Saturn then you've basically played this game
Graphics: the CGI is good, I'll give it that, and come on I dare you to tell me you didn't see Sonic carved into mountain
Sound: I don't know who were the artists that contributed to the background music, because I swear to god I thought I heard Aerosmith in there (will I review Revolution X? we'll see because I have never finished it myself, plus it's rather complicated and I haven't played the coin-op version in years)
Addictive: Well I haven't played this in awhile so I can't give it an addiction rating (ask me again in the summer)
Depth: This game offers alot more than the coin-op version, more cars, more tracks (sound and racing)
Difficulty: Well it depends on what car you use and what track you are on some of the cars are way too difficult even for me, there had been times were I've had a difficult time handling the car
Overall: well arcade games come and go, but it's nice to actually have a home version I can play in the event that there are no more traces of the coin-op version in Winnipeg, which let's face it COULD happen once we get a new movie theater on my end of the city
I give this a 9 (mostly because I prefer the Coin-op version)
