So, I'm trying to view ticketmaster's website, but when I go to it, I get a 403 Forbidden. "You don't have permission to access / on this server." 

I've tried clearing cache, cookies, all that good stuff. Even went into the control panel's internet settings, and fiddled with things in there. I can't seem to figure it out, because I'm only having problems with this one website, and I can view it on my phone, just not my PC. 

What's the URL? So we can check...

a few sites I try to view during a web search gives me the same result, which gives me the impression that the site is either down or under maintenance.

I had a friend helping me out, and he was having no iussues with it. And, like I said in the OP, I can view it just fine on my phone. It's just on my PC that I am having problems viewing it.

Just wanted to give you an update as to let you know I still haven't figured this out, and to ask if you perhaps have come up with anything in the past 2 months. 

I had this same exact problem a while back and I don't think I could ever fix it until I moved and got a new internet connection. This may be worth a try:

Go to Start, Run and enter “cmd”
Type “ipconfig /flushdns” into the command prompt.
Press Enter. You will be informed that your DNS cache has been cleared.

You could use an online proxy to access it there are many free proxies out there. The only other option I can think of is calling your ISP and tell them what is happening. Sometimes they know or they will play stupid probably depends on who you get on the other line.

JigSaw : I just did the command in run, and it didn't work. Still getting the Forbidden message and the 403 error code. 

https://www.ticketmaster.com/ works fine for me; the url you gave me has some odd characters at the end:

going to that address leads to a 404 error (page not found).

If you were originally getting a 403 error (page forbidden) then you might have been using a proxy.
If you weren't using a proxy or VPN, then I don't see why you would get a 403 unless it was a misconfiguration on Ticket Master's side.

I haven't use a proxy or a VPN, at least, as far as I know. I know that the last time I used it was about a month before JackSepticEye was in Atlanta, which happed March 30th. I called the website asking for a refund because of a seating issue, and then this started happening shortly after.
