I would never steal intentionally. I'm too much of a coward to do that and there is really no reason for me to steal anything. 

But technically, I did accidentally steal like $20 or more when I was in elementary school. If I remember correctly, I was buying a little chips bag for about a dollar. I had only a $5 bill so I needed change. 

When the person gave me change, they gave me $4, along with a $20 bill.. I guess that person didn't notice that he/she gave me a $20 bill along with it. I didn't even pay attention or notice that I was given an extra $20.

I noticed it later when I was about to go home. I was too lazy to return it so I just put it in my pocket and moved on. Then my parents got so scared/shocked when they noticed I came back with so much money. They told me to return the $20 to that person. I forgot and I ended up spending it instead.

As far as I know I have never stolen. Well I guess I have a few things. Like pencils and markers by accident in school. Nothing serious though. I just forgot to give em back.

I have stolen things on more than one occasion.. But so far, nothing major and nothing I could be sued or thrown in jail for. Also, I always tend to return the items I take.
 
For example, back when I was a sophomore, I stole a couple of mechanical pencils from a person (didn't even know him) right out of his pocket while walking through the halls. However, that same week, I located the person while walking to the same designation (from second period to third period) and just slipped the pencils right back into his pocket.
 
I've never been one to carry out anything negative through and through. I guess I'm just a goodie-goodie.. Hehe.

Game ROMs of course, I used to own the entire PAL collection of Mega Drive, CD and 32x games in fact before my hard drive corrupted (^^)

Absolutely. I want be able to play the games that are maybe rarer instead of making myself a reproduction cart or had to get for too much money.
