Looking at the new pokemon so far they are all pretty good. Though I was hoping we might go a generation without a new "pikachu" type, but I suppose it can't be helped

I'm just going to say that I'm shocked that pretty much everyone is defending this thing. I guess everyone's got their own opinions, but that bug one's nowhere near as bad looking as Drampa. Also even though I will admit that fish has an even worse design, I still say it makes more sense to have that nasty thing on the pokedex than Drampa, which regardless of it's stats is going to be the worst dragon type of all time.

Oh boy here we go again. The "Omg gamefreak is running out of ideas!!11" thread that comes every time a new pokemon game is released.

Seriously, they are not. Like, at all. Lazy and weird Pokemon designs have been around since gen 1 (Muk/Grimer, Ekans/Arbok, Voltorb/Electrode, etc...)

Plus, Drampa looks awesome. He's supposed to resemble an old, Chinese dragon, and he does that well. There's nothing wrong with him.

Plus, all we know is his typing. Who knows, maybe his ability or stats will make him amazing. Hell, since he's a normal type, he's going to get a butt load of moves!
