I'm a little late at making this thread but I've been busy lately. If less than 12 users from last year renew their team then we'll allow others to join but if not, then no one new will be joining the league this year. If you're interested in joining, just let us know in this thread. We only want users who will take the league seriously in it this year.

Rules
I can change the rules upon requests. You'll be able to view the specific details of the rules on the Sign Up page. We need between 8 and 16 people for the league (maximum of 20).


Start and End Date
The League Starts September 10th, which is when the NFL regular season starts. It ends during Week 16 of the NFL, which is January 3rd.


Manual Draft
I'd like to do a live manual draft again this year but we need to come up with a time that works for most of the users in the league. I was thinking Wednesday, August 12th at maybe around 7 PM. I'm definitely willing to make adjustments to the time and day based on what others think.

I'd also like to join if other users don't return. I'm a serious fantasy football guy, though up until this year, I only played on NFL.com.

Davideo7 : I got my invite to renew a few days ago and signed up! I'm excited for the season to start. I'm hoping that this year we can keep the league to more like 14-16 teams tops.

Also I'm hoping that you can make one of the W/T spots a W/R/T spot. Just because it seems weird to only be able to play 2 RB's but 5 WRs/TE's makes the free agent market sort of unbalanced in my opinion.

I would also appreciate a live draft. Makes it more fun. Although we only have about a month left before the season starts, so we should grab our spot soon. An evening time slot on one of those last weekends before the season starts should work fine.

In case nobody noticed yet, I renewed my team and I signed up as well! Can't wait for the season to get going.

As for the draft night, I have no problems with the date or the time. Now I just gotta remember when to show up

Yeah I want to do a live draft, I was hoping more users would let me know what day and time would work best for them for a live draft but no one has really said anything yet. I might just do what I did last year, do a Wednesday at 7 PM central time.

Also about the live draft, a Wednesday would work perfectly for me because I almost always have Wednesday's off.

I agree with what Jordan said about having a W/R/T position because of the reasons he mentioned, plus RB always seems to be one of my biggest strengths.

A W/R/T seems to be a fair way to make it more balanced here as well. Any way to make the Free agency more balanced is really good for me.

Also, I guess the draft will be delayed for some other Wednesday until we get a good amount of people now, eh?

I feel like this would better balance out the rosters. It's kinda strange to have 5 spots for WR's/TE's but only two spots for Running backs. I also feel this will better balance out the free agent market.

Davideo7 : A Wednesday at 7pm would generally be a bad time for me. If we had to do it on a weekday it would probably be better to start it around 8pm. But if everyone agreed to that, I would figure out a way to attend.

Yeah I'm fine with that. As for the draft date, any time works as long as its 8 PM ET or later (because I'll more than likely be home then).

Any day after 7PM central will work for me as long as it doesn't last past about 8:30 central or so. 

However, a saturday or sunday would be best for me, at just about any time. That's when I know for sure I'll be available.

Davideo7 : Sounds like most of the people in the league that I've been able to talk to are on board with one of the W/T slots being changed to a true Flex as W/R/T to not only better balance the rosters but to even out free agency as well

I'm actually kinda surprised that we only have like 7-8 teams so far. We usually have way more. Maybe you can make an announcement or something to try and get like 4-5 more players to hopefully get to 12 or so.

Davideo7 : Thanks man. I think it will be a nice change for the upcoming season. I'm still confident we can get around 12 serious players. That will be a perfect sized league.

Looking forward to the season and draft! Still a few weeks till the season starts, so plenty of time to get the players we need and do a live draft.

I just rejoined, as 'Why so serious?'. I'll likely change it before the season starts, I'll post here again when I do. It's just a filler name, lol. #getrekt was so... last year.

My dad also rejoined as 'zhalkremgrek'. Hopefully I'll be able to beat him this year.

Btw, I'm all for a live draft. Saturday and Sunday work best for me, as I work evenings the rest of the week.
