Which game do you prefer: Super Mario 3D Land, or Super Mario 3D World? Please explain why as well.

I prefer Super Mario 3D World because I can play as Mario, Luigi, Peach, or Toad in the game instead of just Mario. Also, I like the HD graphics of Super Mario 3D World more than the 3D graphics of Super Mario 3D Land. Finally, the controls of Super Mario 3D World are much easier for me to use.

There's no question here. Super Mario 3D World is the better game. For one thing, it's in HD. Second, Like you said, you can play as Mario, Luigi, Peach, and my personal favorite Toad. As well as *SPOILER ALERT* Rosalina. Each of the characters have their own strengths and weaknesses. Mario's all-round, Luigi can jump higher but he's kinda slow, Peach along with Rosalina are the slowest characters in the game but Peach can hover and Rosalina can use a spinning attack while in her normal form, and Toad is all about speed, but he has less height on his jumps.  Super Mario 3D World has a wider variety of level designs and a wider variety of gameplay mechanics than 3D Land did. In every way, Super Mario 3D World is the superior game. I'm not saying that 3D Land is a bad game, because it's not. It's a really good game, but 3D World is an amazing experience that all Platforming fans need to play.
