Yeah working on various projects together was pretty fun back then. I'm glad it all eventually paid off. It'd be cool to get a bunch of old users together and have some sort of Skype call discussing favorite moments of vizzed history.

As for the video, I actually had plans for a bigger and better video but like always, things came up and got in the way and I wasn't able to invest as much time into it as I had wanted. The project I had started working on I put maybe 8 hours into and I'll probably work on that project later, maybe put it up in a few months or something. I wanted to put up something though so I used the wayback machine and tried to put together something nostalgic within the 2 hours I had left to spare.

Davideo7 :  I really wanted to be able to give a monthly donation AND to do the angel tree monthly. However, my husband already disapproves of the one expense, so I have some more convincing to do in that department. XD

Maybe next year I can sweet talk enough to be allowed to both donate to the site, and to the users.    That's what I'd love to ultimately do.  Everyone should get get the chance to feel good because they won something.... random joy in small packages....  

Davideo7 : That is true, a lot of people did get a award of some kind and others didn't, well, it really depends on the person and how active they were on the site.

Like me, if I really didn't have to work which took a good chunk of my chances, maybe I would of got more, but hey, I ain't too worried about it. We'll see on how 2015 turns out.

Davideo7 : Nah, if it was my year I would have gotten Member of the year, so i'm going to try to do even more next year, more posts, words, and CP.

A lot of the people who got votes were people who have dedicated a ton of time into the site, whether as a moderator (EideticMemory) or as an overall great user (Gingercream1).

There are people who do a lot of work and get a lot of votes (tRIUNE) and there are those who do less (not naming names here lol) and get a lot of votes.

Glad to see that I won insomniac, Considering I have insomnia... But hey.. Perhaps one day I'll actively put all those hours awake into posting decent threads and replies.. But the thought of that would be absurd. 

Besides that I'm really happy that my thread won the greatest thread and the funniest thread... I appreciate everyone that read that thread and understood that it was a completely harmless joke that I would have edited if totts had asked so, It was just a shame at the time that people saw the thread was popular and tried to copy it.. Which made it seem more like an attack on totts than a light hearted poem.

As for richest member.. Well what can I say.. I sell humble bundle games and steam games (though usually when there's a sale)... I mean since David has posted this thread.. I've made 115,000 more Viz than he listed.. The Viz really isn't a concern to me.. It's more just giving people games they couldn't get otherwise that keeps it going,

As for 2nd meanest.. That doesn't really bother me. Sometimes you have to be mean to be nice.. Though usually people just get a bad impression of me because I'm Honest and perhaps too blunt and straight forward for some peoples liking, Though usually if people spend the time to actively try to talk to me 9/10 they realise I'm not the evil person they thought I was. 

Either way I'm surprised at all the votes I got and I appreciate you guys noticing... Let's hope 2015 brings new changes to the site and hopefully for the better and not for the worse.

geeogree : Yeah I remember being told many times that vizzed was past it's prime or that it wasn't going to last. Vizzed outlasted a lot of forums.

zanderlex : It's based on total CP since I have no way to track how much CP a user has earned in the past year.

Davideo7 : What was the exact search dates that you used for most posts? Because when I ran it when December 4th turned into December 5th, I had you beat by 17 posts. I want to know how you got 3rd, and I didn't. I worked my butt off for the past 3 months to take that from you, and somehow I didn't get. I want to know what range you used. I've always done from December 5th to December 5th. Is that wrong? 

thing1 : The anniversary is on the 6th, not the 5th. The range is December 6th 2013 to December 6th 2014.
