Oddly enough, this is one of those things I can never really remember.  LOL  I want to say that I suck on hard candies.  Sucking on them means that the sweets last a lot longer, after all.  However, I don't know if I have the patience to suck on them until they are completely gone.  I think that I usually end up chewing the candies unintentionally, and then I'm always stuck there feeling annoyed I didn't hold off.  Then again, like Enii said, it also depends a little on the candy. I'm pretty sure I could suck a jolly rancher until it was completely gone.... but a sucker?  For some reason I hardly ever resist biting into those.  I just hate holding onto the stuck for so long.  I'd rather bite the candy off the stick and suck on it, but by the time I bite it off the stick, the hard candy is already broken down and I just end up chewing and swallowing anyways.  lol

I really don't like biting candies, I often get tooth aches. I don't even like eating hard candies,but when I do, I only suck or lick them. Also, licking it will also make the candy last longer. I am concerned on what my teeth looks like, thats why I don't eat candies often. I sometimes like eating lollipops, especially the orange flavored ones. But then again, me and my parents don't like me eating much candies too often.

For now, I only like eating chewing gums. It makes me feel like I have a really good breath and I heard that it reduces some dirt of the teeth.

I rarely eat candy that isn't chocolate, but when I do get candy, I just suck on it. Before, it would be a mix of both, but after I got braces, I just suck on my candy.

I usually suck on it. It lasts longer that way. Also, it hurts my teeth and gums sometimes when I try to bite hard candy. So yeah I suck on it.

I'll suck on it but not for long. I'll end up biting it sooner rather than later.

I suck on it, because if I bite on it with my braces, bad things will happen.

I suck on my hard candy because I don't like crunching it and even if I wanted to it would be bad for my braces.

For me would be a little of both depending on what type of candy it is. But, I mostly suck on it. ^-^

I bite my candy, if it's something like snickers or mmm's.

usually just suck on it until it breaks. I don't normally bite on it unless it is like a really hard candy and I cannot break it any other way. like if it is something simple like a blow pop or a lollipop of some sort, I suck on it until it I can finish it. If it is something like skittles or any other kind of candy, then I lightly chew and I don't have to chomp on it in order to finish it.

I hate jaw breakers by the way, they are stupid and they are not good for your teeth, I think they are the worst candy ever and they take forever to finish and they are nasty tasting anyway. So that is why I do not like them. I like just about any other candy though, just not jawbreakers, you practically lose a tooth trying to eat those things, it is just not worth it. 

Both I guess. I usually suck on until it's become small enough for me to crunch it into my teeth... and that was kind of awkward to type, but anyway, yeah can't choose one. I know If I bite on a HALLS too early then th medicine rushing out and makes my throat lose feeling for an hour.

It mostly depends on the candy I guess. But in general, I would most likely just suck on it since I don't want to hurt my own teeth or have any tooth problems. XD

Well it depends on the candy. If it's a peppermint, I chew on it. If it's a lollipop, I chew. If it's a Jolly Rancher, I usually just suck on it, and when it shrinks I bite it. So I mostly bite on my hard candy, I suppose...

I always bite hard candy. I don't really find it hard since my teeth are basically super hard.

I usually suck on hard candies at first, but after a while, I chew them. I don't like chewing on them if they're too big, it hurts my teeth.

With most candies, I suck on them for a while and then bite them when they're almost gone. They're usually too hard to bite into right away which is why I start off by sucking on them.
