pacman1755 : Nothing much really, just been studying for my usual college subjects and for some sort of programming certification exam to be taken on October.

Juliet :  I was just about to ask the same question as pacman, because I thought yesterday about how you've been so quiet. XD  Are you really kept that busy with your studies?  How are they going?  Do you think you're ready for the certification exam?

Singelli : Yes... It's just too overwhelming to have tons of major subjects (programming, algorithms, math, database, OS(Linux) etc.) thrown out to us all at once, not to mention the requirement to pass the certification or else we'll receive a failing grade on one of our programming subjects. I think the database also has a certification exam offered but it's not mandatory. My studies, so far so good but I've been dozing off in our theology class (sorry prof...) lately. As for my certification exam, NO. xD I keep on feeling I've been gaining new knowledge reading every page of the reviewers and that's a very very bad sign because... reviewers are used as refreshers, not for learning things the first time.

Juliet :  Oh my.... XD  I wouldn't know whether to be happier or more worried. I'd love to be learning stuff, but if they're meant to review.... GAHHH!!!  O.o

Are you absolutely required to take this one in October, or can you extend the deadline if you don't feel like you're ready?

Singelli : Hahah, yeah, at first I was always happy to learn something new from the reviewers and I was like "Wow, that's cool!", but after a few minutes, I'd realize "... am I supposed to know about this already?". If the books/materials could just speak I'd guess they've already said "Duh..." to me a lot.

Well... we could always take the later batches of exam (it's given twice a year) but our grades would be marked as INC (incomplete) for the subject requiring the certificate until we take the exam. But then it would have the same effect as F (or Failed) since the subject is a prerequisite of OJT (or internship) and without taking and passing the exam, we won't be able to enroll for the internship subject and apply for internships. The internship subject is only offered once a year in our university and if you missed it, you'd have to wait for 1 whole year. Your graduation would also be delayed for a year, so yep, this certification exam is very crucial and as much as possible, we shouldn't miss the October exams. xD

thing1 : I spend a lot of time just reading though the threads, especially in the mod forums. That is also where I do over half my posting now.

pacman1755 : Just trying stay active on the board and do my job. I'm trying to get my life a little more organized again, I tend to get really messy and all over the place if I don't watch it.

Light Knight : Are you ever going to step down from the board? You are not exactly... that active on it. 

Juliet : What exactly do you do on Vizzed these days? I barely ever see you around.

To Juliet: If you could mod one other forum, what would you chose?

To Light Knight: If you didn't have to worry about one of the forums, which one would you chose to ignore?

thing1 : I don't plan on stepping down ever really. Like I said, this summer I was really busy, so not as active. But I can log in every weekday for a few hours, answer a Global Mod PM, or pm a user myself about their Layout or something else and just generally take care of business, so I'm still pretty busy in the background.
pacman1755 : I've had trooperness A+ so 75 posts in one day, but I think that's the highest I've been. I tent to take a few minutes with my posts.
I don't think I've ever been on fire though... I shall accept your challenge, sir!

This question is for both of you guys and a bit more serious than most I guess. Just recently my girlfriend died and it's been pretty hard on me and my best friend came to spend the weekend with me. He pulled me aside and told me that she had cheated on me with him multiple times and he seemed almost proud of it when he told me. He went home and now he's asking me to trust him and it's just too much for me to handle really. Should I be forgiving and try to trust him or just stop talking to him?

Juliet : Why do you take so long to answer people's questions in this thread? XD 

Light Knight : Have you seen any of my XBOX 360 articles, and if so, what do you think about them? If not, look them up. I just posted 2 today. 

apeman : Wow man, I'm so sorry to hear that.

It's pretty terrible what he did to you; she was already gone but he just wants to add insult to injury. Now it may be that it was weighing heavily on his mind, and he really thought he needed to be open and honest with you... but only you can really be a judge of whether or not that is the case.

In my opinion, I wouldn't trust him. If you think he told you what he did to hurt you, he's no friend at all. Not to mention he cheated with your girl and pretended to still be your friend.

It's really terrible, as I know right now you probable NEED good friends, as you're no doubt feeling down. But I don't think he's one.

In the end though, I'm only on the internet, I wasn't there to see what he said, how he said it, etc. so I can't say if he meant to harm you, or if he was trying 'come clean' with you. Regardless, he's obviously not very trustworthy.

thing1 : No, sorry. XBOX306s are one of my least favorite consoles. I am manly a Nintendo user, but I do enjoy some Sony and PC gaming. I will read one of your articles though. Any suggestions on which I should give a go?

Light Knight : I did 2 yesterday, so either of those will be fine. They are not in the article forum because I am not an article writer, so you will have to go to threads made by me to see where they are. 

And to stay on topic, Are you supposed to be Batman's good side, because Batman is the Dark Knight, and you are the Light Knight?

apeman : No matter what his reasons are for telling you, it's just not the right time for that and a real friend would understand and give you some time to mourn. Also, I'd never trust anyone who claim to have cheated with my partner.

I think the both of you have (at least once) come across threads that needs some type of change, whether it be moving it to a different forum or placing a subforum on it, but left you utterly confused as to what you should do with it because of its wording or contents. What are your best examples of that, if any?

thing1 : Batman? No, I'm not in the same universe as Batman. There is a dark night, but he is evil, and his judgment has been clouded by darkness, enabling him to rationalize his wrongdoing. 

pacman1755 : Well I love the white, but Gee has that one, so I think I would let him have it. I wouldn't mind Orange or a Sky Blue.

Mistress : What a good, but challenging, question. I find the religious ones hard sometimes. Like if there is a thread on religion that isn't clearly a Christian topic, does it go in Cafe Corner? It might, but often it elicits debates, so the debate forum would be best, right? But what if it's not really a debate?

Also sometimes some that are a little funny/foolish hard. Is it crazy enough to go in the crazy house?

Sorry I can't think of any specific examples.
