In my opinion, yes, you really are. I couldn't be any more indifferent to metal sonic, and I couldn't be more in love with shadow. Plus, I'm pretty sure shadow's true fate was left ambiguous, some think the one in sonic heroes was the real one, while others think it was an android, though I personally think since the stasis tube with him in it was left alone that he was the real one, either way I'm off topic. SEGA brings him back in a few games "adding" barely any character development, whereas shadow has plenty, and I'm not counting the stupid crap that went down in shadow the hedgehog *has a shadow the hedgehog flashback* *shudders*. They seem to just stick in metal sonic into games where they got bored of doctor egg man and couldn't fit in shadow, and that has given him a horrible reputation in my mind. 

I would add a little more, but my cat keeps walking on my keyboard and its getting pretty annoying.

Shadow the Hedgehog pretty much took Metal Sonic's place when it came to antagonists.It would be pretty nice to see Metal Sonic back though maybe they should just make a game with just Shadow and Metal Sonic in it I don't know how that would work out though.

I'll agree with you.  Metal Sonic was a really cool character.  I always enjoyed playing as him in Adventure 2 Battle, and I really would like to see him in a new Sonic game.  Maybe even his own spin off.

Metal sonic was very mysterious when the first game I saw him in was sonic adventure 2 battle. I like metal sonic but I do not really understand  him or where he came from. It would have been nice if he had an appearance in the shadow the hedgehog game. Personally I prefer shadow the hedgehog because if you let shadow raise a chao in the chao gardens I thought those looked really cool. They really should make metal sonic as a playable character in some of segas new sonic games.

I will agree with you though shadow Evan isn't all that good either metal sonic better, but probably just play some metal sonic games to shake it off ok .
