If it's just from the waist down I'd rather be paralyzed, but if it's from the neck then I'd rather lose my vision.
I just don't want to imagine losing complete control of my body like that. If it's just from the waist down then I'd still be able to feed myself, play games, move around in a wheelchair, etc.
