I think getting the article in the encyclopedia is way more important that what it says. I know this may sound out of character, but here's my case:

Something tells me that if someone is actually looking up Chrono Trigger in an encyclopedia, they are one of two people:

A) A bored, very die-hard fan. In this case, they would be very likely to follow our link (or Google us) regardless of what the caption was.

B) They are someone who saw the words "Chrono Trigger" mentioned somewhere and had no idea what it was. In this case, they probably wouldn't read down far enough to even get to our section, let alone do anything with the information they read there.

So, as long as our article doesn't deter the very die-hard fans from checking us out, I think we'll be fine. In other words, anywhere from a neutral to an exceptional appeal will work.

My guess is Wikipedia removed our link because it was JUST a link with nothing to back it up. I think even the Compendium gave itself a little plug higher up on the page, didn't it?

Also, most of those edits were by registered users, and then yours showed just your IP address. Make an account and your edits won't stand out like a sore thumb. Try putting in the mentions of the other remake attempts too, but make it very "objective." The remake attempts have been an important part to the popular reception of Chrono Trigger. Talk about how they've been shut down, etc, and let's see what we can get.

We just have to make it so our link doesn't get removed.

We could always just try it, and then if a user removes it, ask them how we can change it to make it acceptable.

So reform it to make it how we think we want it, then see how it works.

*sigh...* Well... that... was... horrible. At the moment I last posted, it seemed as though I had all the free time in the world. Then I got a job. Then I had college added. From that point on, my free time has been almost null. Somehow I managed to free up a little time to make this post and check up on a few people, but it is unlikely that I will for a while after this.

Anyway, Wikipedia. I assume that died since I've been pretty much... out of commision? Next time I get free time I will have to work on that. In such a case, I will post whatever I put on Wiki here. It could always be editted later, anyway. I'll be joining Wiki so that I stick out less, and also, I plan to use the ideas mentioned throughout this post in my absence. Well... that... is if you guys didn't already do it.
