I played As I Lay Dying's An Ocean Between Us album whenever I was picking weeds at the flowerbed. The plants grew normally. As I Lay Dying was a band I liked at the time, and they aren't actual metal. I'm a metalhead, but don't really care about plants growing while music is playing. This is cool, though. I'd like to see it done with something that isn't more than often confused with death metal metal or actual death metal, though. Maybe Iron Maiden?
