I really enjoy tribes, i just got it and I suck but I love it..

Older games did ruled their time but now the time has changed now, graphics and sound quality is more appealing to gammers today

The older games were the best, they were challenging, fun and would last for weeks when you played them. The games of today are good but are far to easy, the graphics are great but i think the more graphics there are the less game play you have.

Ive also noticed that some people expect to much of a up coming new game, when they do play it the most coming saying ive seen is: what a let down.

Personally i dont give a hoot about graphics, if the game play, story and sound are good thats all that matters to me.

Plus games of today if people that arent even gamers get to ban the game, i think thats stupid, to most gamers games are away for leaving reality just like those that read a book or go camping.

Enjoy the game for what it is and dont let any one to get you to lose interest in that game. some people like rating games but thats from there on point of view and not yours, ive enjoyed games that people didnt like. Your our own individual and can think for yourself.

I look forward to seeing the improvements in games.

What ever happened to the Virtual reality helmet?
where you could see the game in a 360 movement with your head.
Imagine playing Quake 4 or Grand theft auto VI with it.

in 10 or 20 years time i hope that the old games can still be played for the next generations to enjoy, like so many of us did.

First of all, those aren't computer games. Second of all, turn off your caps lock. Third, sometimes I play them. I tend to enjoy modern games as well.

Who here remembers Oregon Trail? The addicting, unpredictable game where you gathered five people in a wagon and got supplies and chose jobs and went to Oregon and stuff? Such an awesome strategy game. Old, but fun. I forgot when it came from, though.

LOL Oregon Trail... last time I played that was 5th grade. Very good game at the time I also remember playing number munchers or something.

one of my favourite older computer games of all time would have to be gothic it is one of the best rpgs ever in my opion
