New competition joins in and the top two are having a close battle. The jerseys are also very close battles, with no over-the-top domination. Not bad to end the first week of the competition.

We'll have to see for how longer can we keep this pace up. It's nice to see such a variety of users earning jerseys and points, it also adds up some spice to the daily titles of this thread.

Today looks promising as well, and I totally plan on coming out with some points on my personal score. Time to rev it up a notch, I guess, even if I go to sleep like 5-6 hours before the day ends.

Glad to see 2 newer members winning some jerseys and I also just wanna point out how rare it is for a member to win green with the limit actions so I gotta give props to LuckyCharms on pulling that off. In other news me and Furret are continuing to battle closely in points I'm not sure if I'll be able to hold him off forever, D: but I do think a lead change would be good for the competition so I welcome the challenge.

I'm glad I was able to win Red yesterday, I'm probably going for Red overall. It's honestly turned into my favorite Jersey to win and getting 3 in a row would be neat.

Congrats to LuckyCharms for doing so well as both a new user and a normal member, that's rare these days.

I'm hoping that the new Pokemon Direct will distract Sonic enough so I can push a little bit the upcoming days and maybe overtake him. Back to back wins sounds better and better the more I think about it.

Now that I can't win, I'm going to put in a real effort into winning Blue. I used to be so good at winning the overall blue Jersey and then nothing, so it would be really nice to be able to win it again but the competition is really fierce this time around.

I almost managed second place in Yellow despite being very behind in Blue. Once again, the magic of my wordy nature.

Seeing users that qualify for the white banner taking three out of the four jerseys is a very nice sight and a breeze of fresh air. Not only that, but they still want to go strong and keep aiming high. This TdV will surely be something different from the last ones, no matter how it ends up.

This last week has been really intense. I don't think I've seen this much activity spread out over a week in the last couple TDV's, especially by this many participants, so it's really refreshing.

Yeah it's nice to see. Glad the White banner has actual competition for the first time in years. It's the Gray one surprisingly that's turned into a one man race surprisingly.

But I've got my sights on Rainbow anyway and I'm one swipe away from snagging it. Sonic won't see it coming, but I think it's only fair that he has to look at his poppy brown name the rest of the month.

If he doesn't read this I'm pretty much golden already, he only has like half an hour to score in yellow

Furret takes the lead as SonicOlmstead slows down.

Looks like my masterplan worked.

Hopefully he replays the mystery dungeon demo 100 times so I can increase my lead.

I'm closing in on a lot of the goals I had set coming into this TdV so after I hit those I'll just cruise along, hopefully with this rainbow as well but it'll be a hard battle. Zander and LuckyCharms continue putting out insane posting numbers so I don't have a shot at winning yellow/blue and then I have Sonic to fight for red and green.

This will be a battle of the ages for sure, unpredictable and wild up until the finish line.

Furret : Your masterplan may of worked for you however... Jokes on you I don't have the demo!

You may be closing in on goals however I only have one goal and that's victory! I'll keep on fighting and win. With the insane posting battle going on it looks like we can have a fair battle for red and green so bring it!

This will a great battle however the victor is already decided by fate and that will be me.

What if we make things a little more... Interesting?

It's so refreshing to see such an active TdV after the competitions we've gone through. I'm missing a big part of it due to real life, but hey, if having real life means activity returns to this place I'll gladly take that offer for the sake of both sides xD

I doubt I'll be able to get a top 10 finish if things keep up like this, but not like I'd care since I'm not actively aiming for anything. I prefer to use the limited free time I have for my staff duties and only compete when I have more than enough availability.

EX Palen : I still wish the very best for you though and to everyone else! it can be really fun to participate and trying to keep your placing, it can be really fun to see how you do each day and to get rewarded with points accordingly so I hope that the other TdVs after this one are much more active than they may have originally would have been.

LuckyCharms : I had my share of fun during 2018, when I won in Winter and came in a very close and disputed second place with a good friend of mine in Summer. It was the pinnacle of my TdV times after the thrill of aiming for my first top 10 and first overall jersey.

I always encourage people to pursue those milestones. Challenging yourself throughout an entire month is an incredible experience, and if you end up getting the reward you aimed for then it's even more incredible. And if you achieve that in times with high or relatively high activity it's a lot more rewarding.

Operation steal the show (and take the rainbow banner back) was a huge success time to continue where I left off.
