Blues Brothers, The

UNPLAYABLE :(
This is my review of what is probably the worst video game vizzed.com has to offer, Blues Brothers for the NES. Prepare yourself for what is probably the most difficult game for the NES and the worst for the system.

Graphics
I rate the graphics a 4/10. They look nice and the animations are okay but there are much better graphics on the system. The graphics are the best part of the game because everything else is just really bad.

Sound
I rate the sound a 3/10. It's just okay. It isn't that bad compared to the bad story, lack of addictiveness, and lack of depth, but this was made after games like Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros, which had amazing music.

Addictiveness
I rate the addictiveness a 0/10. This game is just terrible. It has almost no good qualities due to the extreme difficulty and awful story. On Vizzed.com, you can't even do anything because you can't move your partner at all so you can't scroll the screen. I can't see anyone wanting to play this game again. I can't even believe I even played this garbage even though it took only 5 minutes for me to come to my senses and stop playing the game.

Story
I rate the story a 1/10. The story sucks so much that it ruined the Blues Brothers reputation for years. You and your partner are stuck in a magic jukebox and have to get out. You have record disks as weapons that you have to use to kill things. This is where the game really falls apart. In the first few levels, you get tons of record disks but can't bring them all to the next level. Eventually, you start the factory levels, which start you off with no record disks and no way of getting any record disks for half of the level! That is insane! You can't go through half of a level without being able to kill anything! You will be a sitting duck! In one factory level, you have to fly on a supposedly friendly flying snake that tries to get you killed over and over again. And if you hit anyth... Read the rest of this Review
Pokemon Emerald 386

This game is AWESOME
This is my review of the Pokémon Emerald 386 hack. Enjoy
Graphics: I rate the graphics on this game a 10/10. The sprites for all 386 Pokémon are as fantastic as the ones on Emerald and some are even better. The animations are precise and flow really well together. And that speed up button. It has to be one of the greatest features in the game. It seems to be really hard to pull off because with the press of a button, everything speeds up and when you release it, everything goes back to normal. But they really nailed it. It works flawlessly and never slows the game at all. That takes effort.
Sound: I rate the sound in this game a 9/10. All the music is catchy, but in a really good way. You could listen to it all day without being annoyed in the slightest. The cries for all the Pokémon sound like they belong to that Pokémon and for the most part, are really cool. There is only one downside to the sound in this game. You cannot mute just the music in the game. You have to lower your computer's volume to lower the game's volume. And that can get annoying when you are grinding for experience and you want to listen to Youtube or something on your computer to pass the time. But everything else is perfect.
Addictiveness: I rate the addictiveness a 10/10. This game is extremely addictive for 2 main reasons. The first reason is that there is so much depth in the game, that it would take years to truly complete everything. This is because in order to truly beat the game, you would have to catch all 386 Pokémon, train them to level 100, and get every item in the game. The second reason is that the tone of the game is happy and cheerful which makes you want to keep playing. It is made so you never ever want to stop playing. That is a really good thing because then more people will buy the sequels and the game itself.
Story: I rate the story a 7/10. The story, while not the best story in the world, is rea... Read the rest of this Review
Pokemon Trading Card Game

This game is really good
I really like this game. Everything about it is really awesome, and I really hope that there will be a sequel released in the United States soon. This is what I think of the game.
Graphics: I give the graphics an 8/10. The Pokémon cards themselves look exactly like they do in real life. The attack animations are pretty good, but not perfect and the character models look good for a Game Boy Color game.
Sound: I give the sound a 9/10. The music in this game is fantastic. It's catchy and really fits the mood of the game, especially when you fight the Grandmasters at the end of the game. It makes playing the game even more fun.
Addictiveness: I give the addictiveness a 10/10. The game has so much variety and so much customization. Despite only having the first few sets of Pokémon cards to choose from, you still have hundreds of ways of building your 60 card deck. You could make so many different decks that you never would get bored. And when you beat the game, you would want to play it again, but do it differently. Everything about Pokémon itself is just simply addictive. The only thing that would make this game even better would be adding in the ability to battle and trade with your friends without a link cable.
Story: I give the story a 5/10. The story is definitely the worst part of the game, but it isn't that bad for a Pokémon game. So your character wants these rare Pokémon cards called the Legendary Birds, which are the 3 legendary bird Pokémon, Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos from Generation 1. In order to get them, you have to go to the 8 clubs and beat the club masters in a game of Pokémon to get the 8 medals. After you beat the 8 clubs, you have to fight the 4 Grandmasters of Pokémon. After you beat them, you get the Legendary Bird cards and win the game.
Depth: I give the depth a 10/10. There is so much to do in this game. You can make countless different decks with the hundreds of different ... Read the rest of this Review
