I want to play playstation and dreamcast games here becouse they are free and great, but i also know that downloading roms to computer is illegal and rgr download them to computer.
They are not stored in browser, they are in computer. So i ask is there any way to make it legal?, so i dont need to buy ps vita and these games to play legaly?.
I checked other sites that store games in browser, but emulation is much worse and latency makes some games unplayable.
So if there is any way, please write it here.

So its unplayable and game can crash, but when i play GBA games on same emulator frame per second stays at 60.
Please can you guys check PSX games on mednafen with program Like fraps that shows frame per second using spacebar to fast forward?, thank you in advance.
My pc is win 10 and GTX 1060, so its good enough setup.

Hehe, i only have 2 folders, first is Mednafen_new, and second is Mednafen_new-hsmode, the second one don't have any files(never had earlier too on old installation)so everything is stored in first one(saves in "sav" folder).
On earlier installation i only had those 2 folders mentioned above.
I only had save states of 2 games for GBA, so its not a big deal, but if saving normal way(in game saves)will also corrupt saves, that will be a huge problem(what i mean is new installation, when you have to put your save files in to "sav" folder again, coz its new installation).
Any help to solve this will be appreciated.

It was 100% mednafen, to prove it i had only mednafen and nulldc in rgr plugin folder.
Maby save states from mednafen don't work when copied to "sav" folder on new installation, but save's from in game save files work when copied to new installation..., that's weird.

I uninstalled rgr plugin and installed it again, this did not helped.
I even changed version from 2.41 to 2.40, this did not helped too.
I also tried it in chrome, nothing changed.
I also noticed that in rgr folder dreamcast games do not move also to "roms" folder like other system games do, so they are in "downoads" folder but not in "roms" folder.

I founded line Full-screen horizontal resolution.
psx.xres 640 and Full-screen vertical resolution.
psx.yres 480, but when i change those resolutions and start a game those numbers reset to 640 480, so changes are not pernament.
Any help would be appricieated.

Why Gran Turismo 2 for playstation only have arcade mode, where is simulation mode?.
Game should have both disc, but on vizzed is only one with arcade mode(bonus disc don't count coz its not a game).
On screenshots of the game in vizzed simulation mode is displayed, but game only have arcade mode.

I'm playing on lg tv not monitor.
My settings for tv is 1:1 pixel, otherwise i have image beyond monitor, but when i go full screen in mednafen this option is not evaluable, that's why i have image beyond monitor.
Anyone know how to fix this?.
