That's why I suggested Richter Belmont, in the second DS Castlevaina title, Portrait of Ruin, he's loaded with weapons! So if Nintendo decides to release another Smash Bros title, they should put old Richter in, or maybe they should put in Simon because he's a cult classic?
I don't know, but talking about weapons made me think some more on certain features that could stand to be improved upon. Now about the items that appear in the stages for you to use, and I've thought about this a few times already, but I think they should use more of the items from the games that the characters are from.
Here are some examples. They have two healing items that are from two game series. The heart pieces from Legend of Zelda, and the Maximum Tomato from Kirby. Another healing item they should add, would be the Rations from Metal Gear. Personally I think they should use healing items from all the games, but that could be just me. Now here's something that I've thought about since the first Smash Bros, is the beam sword. While I like that they made it blue in Brawl, but it feels just a little bit........unfinished still. Mostly because of the fact that it really only has one swing attacks. I feel you should be able to swing it, 1,2,3 like normal attacks. I really think they could have a lot more interesting items then the others ones. They need more items like say, the power bomb from Star Fox. And here's an added bonus to this post that I thought of, move sets! Note that I can't really think of every move, but this will give you an idea, and I'll leave certain spots open for you to fill in if you can think of a move.
Mega Man
A attacks.
AAA: punch, punch, kick.
light down A: a light kick.
Hard down A: a powerful slid.
Light forward A: Can't think of one.
Hard forward A: A powerful punch.
Light up A: A back-flip kick.
Hard up A: (Now this is the last kick from the kick combo Mega Man does in Marvel vs Capcom) he plants his hands on the ground while turning around, and does a hard upwards double kick.
I don't know what to do with his air attacks, so I'll go to the B moves.
Tap B: shoots one small energy blast.
Rapidly tap B: rapidly shoots energy blasts like Fox, but can still move and jump.
Hold B: charges up like Samus, but you have to hold it down, and release it to shoot the blast. But you can still freely move while charging.
Down B: Performs Water wave by bending down and slapping his hand onto the ground, and sends out two waves of water to either side. The water goes all the way to the edge of a stage, or until it reaches a wall, and the does damage.(Because the current is more fierce than Mario's Fludd attack.)
Forward B: Performs Flame Sword, a sword made of flames comes from his buster and he swings hard with it, and B hitting forward B a few more times, he swings a few more times.
Up B: performs a flaming Shoryuken from Street Fighter.(He does that move in Marvel vs Capcom, and in Mega Man 2, The Power Fighters.)
Final Smash: This attack you can aim like Samus' Final Smash when she's in her armor, and the attack is similar. He yells "Double Mega Buster!" as both of his hands turn into busters, and he aims them in the direction he's facing. An alternate version I was thinking of, is that he pretty much does the same thing, but you don't have to aim it, as he spins like a top for a bit, pointing each Buster at either side.
Richter Belmont. I'll just do the B moves for the rest of the characters.
B:Now this one will be a bit tricky to do, as this one here acts as a temporary attack boost, so you have to make sure you're in a safe spot when you do this. So what this one does is, it increases the damage of his other B attacks, and it turns his whip for normal attacks, into a flame whip.
Down B: he tosses a bottle of Holy Water at the ground, making a wave of blue flame travel across the ground, or sets the person on fire if he hits them with the bottle itself.
Forward B: he throws the Holy Cross and it acts like a boomerang.
Up B: Uses his upper cut move from Symphony of the Night.
Final Smash: Does the item crash for the Cross.(Just look up item crash on youtube, and you should find the one for Symphony of the Night.)
Nei, now it took me a bit, but I think I have a pretty good move set for her.

Up B: Kind of obvious I think, spins like a top, but by rapidly hitting up B while in the air makes it last longer, therefore increasing chances of coming back to the stage. And holding up B while on the ground, builds up a change.
Final Smash: she lets out a yell as a dark aura appears around her, and her voice becomes a little bit different, and her attack are more powerful, and more fierce looking.
