My favorite console is hands down the Sega Genesis. I have loved the Genesis since I was little and have collected Genesis games for 5 years. For me video gaming reached its peak with the Genesis, beautiful 16 bit graphics, good controller layout, great video game music, innovative and creative games, and a well known high speed hedgehog is why the Genesis is my favorite console.

Tamilist:  I would have to say the GameCube as well.  I have a lot of Legend Of Zelda memories on it.  Another console I really enjoyed was the original Gameboy and well as the Gameboy Colour.  I have been looking so hard to find one at my local used games store, but unfortunately, no luck.  I once found a Gameboy Pocket but it was gone the next time I went to the store.  After those consoles, all of the other Nintendo consoles follow closely behind.

I would definitely half to say the game cube mostly because it has so many great games and the fact that its code name when it was in development was dolphin and it has one of the best controllers ever plus it is a very powerful console for its time and the fact it has one of the best sonic games sonic heroes

If you count PC as a console, then PC by far. A PC can basically have every single console on itself At least the old ones I know PC tends to have more features too Along with the better graphics and top notch performance (if you have a good computer that is) I know I've been PC gaming for almost 7 years now. I think PC will always be my favorite.

the gamecube games are good, but I love WII games more. Every game on wii that is made as a sequel is twice as good. The graphics and colors are great. Mario Kart, Mario Party, Super Smash Bros Brawl, new NEW super mario brothers, Pokemon games, just about everything else too

I think PlayStation 2 is mine.

I am a huge RPG fan and the choice of games that meet my needs as a gamer on the PS2 are vast.
From Final Fantasy games to Shadow Heart games even the odd Atelier Iris game.

I'd have to say the game boy series (game boy, game boy color, advance, SP) because I grew up playing them and they're my very first consoles. Next is psp. I liked how I could play high quality (in terms of graphics) games anytime and anywhere. Third is DS, it's a cool console but I just didn't grow to like it as much as the first two. PS1, 2 and 3 I only enjoy when I'm playing with somebody else, maybe with my family or friends. Same with Wii.

My favourite video console is the SNES. Well, I would have to say my favorite console would have to be the Sega Dreamcast. I understand it's viewed as an inferior system that sold miserably, due to the Playstation, but the Dreamcast is way overrated. It had a very large collection of awesome and unique games, such as the Sonic Adventure games, Skies of Arcadia (favorite game for the system, by the way) and Phantasy Star Online. Granted, I am a bit biased in it's favor, seeing as how I grew up with it. Nonetheless, it is an awesome underrated system.

My favorite Console is a tie between the Sega Genesis, PlayStation 2,and the Xbox 360, Sega Genesis because of the classic feel, PS2 because it is the system I grew up with and have a lot of games on it that are really fun and I am used to, and the 360 because of, well, all of its features and stuff.
