Male: Faust from Guitly Gear. He wears a paper bag on his head and fights with a giant scalpel! How is that not cool?! Faust is hilarous and awesome!

Female: Yuuka Kazami from Touhou Project 4, 5, and 9, and Seihou 2. Umm... yea... she'll kill with a sunflower just because she can.

James Sunderland - He's easy on the eyes, complex, and... Very interesting.
Angela - She just hits home for me... Sadly...
Maria - Hilariously snarky, and she is cool. I mean, she has lockpicking supplies in the most of her clothing it seems. That's funnier than the fact that James can fit a Great Knife, and a Chainsaw in his pockets.
Eddie - Just watch his cutscenes where he admits he likes killing. That guy is so screwed up, but so hilarious. His way of communicating his love of killing is just... funny.
Pyramid Head - I wish I didn't say this, but he's hard to hate... One thing though, I only like him in this game.
Mary - I know her illness was sad, but I just crack up when she denies those flowers.
Abstract Daddy - They look so disgusting, sexually perverse, and awesome. And... Their attacks make for great jokes. I think you can think a few up if you've seen how they fight.
Laura - I hated her at first, but every playthrough makes me love her. She's so innocent, yet so cruel. She also makes for tons of funny moments.

Dante - He's funny, cool, and just awesome.
