Well I guess it depends on the game I'm playing or something, but I don't usually like when people watch over my shoulder when I play games on my 3DS.

I hate being watched. Once my little brother came in my bedroom and he was talking my butt off. So then I told him to shut up and get out of my sight lol.

My little sisters have watched me play videogames as long as I can remember. I would teach my sisters to play games by having them watch me. I also like to play videogames with my boyfriend watching me, or watching him play videogames. What's even better is two-player games, lol.

I really don't much care if they watch me its just don't let me see you mocking me with my expressions. But usually i closed the door and lock it so that nobody can get in when i play the game, sometimes i be so wild and play the game upside down. i can honestly say that im a good person to play a game with.

No one in my house really likes video games, so whenever I play video games, and there's a boss fight, I have my siblings come and watch me.  (Especially Zelda) They critique me on how well I'm playing, so it's really annoying sometimes, like if I get hit, and my brother is like, "I told you that it was going to hit you!"
That is annoying.  I almost want to give them the controller and tell them, "YOU do it!" but then he would probably kill me...  I can't have people watch me when I'm on a handheld gaming system.  It throws me off when I can feel someone's breath while gaming...

I actually don't mind it now when someone is watching me play a game on the T.V screen. I don't play on consoles often anymore so I miss it when someone would watch me succeeded or fail .

it dosent matter to me if someone wants to watch me they can watch me as long as its not a portable consoleww i dont like people wat6ching me well i play those

I do not like my parents watching me while I play Video Games because I found it hard to concentrate on the game and I also do not like my parents talking about a Video Game.

erty80s : I never even notice usually, I am so focused. It's just like... one minute I'm staring at the screen and the next they're there and I'm scared s***less.

I don't really have an answer for that question to be honest. Do I mind? No not really, but I'm not going to tell someone to watch me play a game either. That would be awkward.

Personally I don't mind, However if I'm playing a FPS or any fast pace action game I cant have anyone watch me. Other then that no. 

It depends on who is watching and how long and also what game I play because if it is my friends I am alright with that but if it is someone I don't know then I feel uneasy and make mistakes just trying to beat the level I'm in so you I kind like people watching me.

I really don't but if they record me i won't mind as long as i don't know they are recording me. One time my sister recorded me playing donkey kong and she showed it to me and i was laughing at everything i said toward the game.

I generally don't mind if people want to watch me play games, it's just when they decide to throw in their own commentary that can either mess me up or annoy me. For instance, I was playing Super Smash Brothers Brawl in the living room, I was Ness and fighting Peach. Dad sees it and says, "So son, do you like having little kids beat up women?" Funny thing, another time I was playing as Peach and fighting Ness and he says, "So now you're having women beat up little kids?" I did not exactly mind that, but it kind of threw me off as I laughed. When I play Goldeneye, usually my family likes watching it a little, since my sister and father actually like that game. They even sometimes help if someone is coming up on me and I don't even notice (granted, it sometimes scares me if they shout "Look out!").

If I'm playing Dance Dance Revolution or In The Groove, I generally don't have a choice of if I want people to watch me or not (I only play in arcades) so I grown accustomed to being watched on there. But I don't like people watching me if I'm going to play Wii Fit for Yoga or Just Dances cause in the former, people mess up my concentration on poses which could cause me to hurt myself, and in the latter, I KNOW I look like an idiot and rather not have people watch and laugh at me. Only if they are going to play or have played too is it all right to be there.

I kind of like the attention I get when playing on my Nintendo 3DS in public, though. Sometimes people like watching me play Mario Kart or just look over my shoulder as I play Dr. Mario. Kind of makes me happy to see people curious about what I'm playing then.

I can't stand playing games with people watching. Back when I didn't have my own television and had to play in the family room, I'd get pestered and bombarded with questions about what I was doing, why I was doing it and all that such. That and I feel rude watching someone else play (It makes it seem like I've got nothing else to do besides watch whoever is playing. I also seem to have a very bored expression at all times, so that doesn't help) so I don't like people watching me for that very reason.

I don't.  But that's also because I super- suck at video games.  I can't seem to win no matter what kind of game it is, and my hand-eye coordination is horrible when it comes to using game controls!  LOL

That being said, I feel a little hypocritical because I watch my husband play video games all the time.  Luckily though, he doesn't seem to mind one bit.

I can't say that I like or dislike it. I dislike when people watch me and then try to tell me how to play it better. However, I do like when I can have a discussion with somebody about the game I'm playing...
