Ike is by far, in my opinion, the greatest SSBB character ever. One, because his final smash, GREAT AETHER, is epic. Two, because he is just plain awesome.

It's definitely link. He's well rounded, very solid, and has great offensive advantages. From his arrows, to his boomerang. You really don't know what he'll do next. I also like Zelda because she kind of changes it up when she transforms into Sheik.

I usually alternate characters between Kirby and Pit, but I think I have to go with Kirby.
If your opponent has around 60+ damage, his hammer attack is basically a one hit KO. Also, he can absorb every other enemy, and gain one of their powers with pretty much makes him the most well rounded character. Plus, since I fall off ledges and cliffs a lot, his levitation is very helpful.
