I would say that Ghosts are scarier and all around a little bit more murderous. I would rather be killed by a ghost though just because I will not be a danger to others after death.

I'm gonna go with ghosts. They're transparent, can float through walls - need I say more? All zombies can do is eat brains. =| I'd be freaked if a sudden zombie apocalypse were to occur, don't get me wrong, but ghosts scare me more. If you try shooting THEM, nothing's really going to happen. >.> A headshot to a zombie, however, is all you need. =P
