I was forced to learn some Spanish in third grade, and years later I still don't understand why. In a predominantly English-speaking country (there is no "official language" in the United States) there's really no use for Spanish, which is why everyone is so mad at the immigrants these days who don't bother to learn English before coming here. I've come to realize that forcing students to learn Spanish is basically encouragement to illegal immigrants to come over here and turn our country upside-down.

Although, honestly, maybe America deserves that slap in the face with how fat, lazy, and arrogant we've gotten lately.

I'd go for sex education, because I honestly feel that it sets a bad example for children. Don't get me wrong, I think educating kids on the subject is important, but I think that kind of thing should be left to parents who know best how to teach their child on a sensitive topic like that. If anyone remembers what a "parent" is.

The education system is going down the drain anyway, so I don't know why I care enough to give a good reason for my answer. Just homeschool your kids and come up with a curriculum that will work for them. I was doing college-level math in sixth grade.

I would get rid of geomotry... I REALLY hate that subject...

Definitely P.E. Biggest waste of my time ever. I remember my last P.E. class being one of my favorite memories in high school, it was pretty much the biggest relief of my life thus far.

i take martial arts already, so P.E. is useless, and i hate it too. you have no idea how horrible ms. O'brien is. >

I would get rid of Geography, only because its something we could read up on ourselves; everything else I think is a necessity.

I would say History and Science! I always hated those subjects other than sometimes It was fun to learn about some history but if it was boring no no my friend. And I didn't take Spanish in 8th grade and I was suppose to take it this year but I'm homeschooled hehe

I'd get rid of history. Nobody wants to learn that stuff. It's boring.
