Captain Falcon would be my top choice. I like his moves and I used him for so long that I can time the strong knee jab and the falcon punch in mid air smoothly (if I play it more consistently)

Alternates would be Donkey Kong (if I feel like brute force), mario, or pokemon trainer.

As noted by my userbar below, I'm a heavy Ike brawler. He's just the perfect combo of power and manouverability (or however you spell it, and NOT speed as I had at first XD), and his strongest attacks are devastating. He's only lacking in the recovery department... but I can handle that.

Second place goes to Bowser for my heavy hitter, Ice Climbers if I'm looking for good air while still keeping some power (double attacks FTW!) and Zero Suit Samus for agility. Or Pit if I'm feeling spammy XD.

It's a toss-up between Sonic,Lucario,and Squirtle. Sonic is fast,but short ranged and not all that powerful. Squirtle is somewhat the same but with more killing moves yet less power. lucario because the more damaged he gets,the stronger his special attacks are. Perfect for high-damage type matchs,my favorite match types.

Pikachu has alwasy been my favorite character to use. I first used him when the first SSB came out because he was an anime character. Back then I liked anime a lot. He turned out to be one of the best, if not the best character in the game. From there he stuck with through the next two game and will most likely continue to do so for future SSB games. Game&Watch is another character I'm also good with.

Pikachu: actually better with Pikachu than with Ike. My opponents loathe Pikachu.
Wolf: Just fun to use, and he has potential to be awesome. I don't use him against the really good opponents.
Meta Knight: I'm pretty good with Meta Knight. He just doesn't die. I've encountered some colorful vocab when using him before...

My favorite SSBB character would have to be, Pokemon Trainer just because you can use different pokemon and there super smash power is awesome. I alsow like any other Pokemon characters, except for Jigglypuff she just doesn't really do any thing useful.
