No I may be old enough to remember when XBox launched but I'm not must of an XBox user

The longest I've play a game straight was probably 8 hours on Minecraft. I played Minecraft a lot back then. Thankfully I stopped playing Minecraft for that many hours at a time.

NaomiNoel : 8 hours of Minecraft is a lot XD. Just not as much as me. I also stopped playing to much Minecraft, I don't know how people can play so much Minecraft and not get bored.

Oh boy now this is a question for me. So I personally like to speedrun, and the types of speedruns I especially like the most are the long ones. My favourite speedruns are all really long speedruns, and of all of those speedruns my absolute favourite speedrun without exception is Sonic Adventure 2: Battles "180 Emblems".

My current PB for that category is around 13 hours something (world record is under 9 hours), but my first speedrun of 180 Emblems was 18:04:40. Although it isn't listen on Speedrun.com. Unfortunately it also appears that the video of it does not exist anymore...

My most recent play session that was 10+ hours in one go was Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe "Kirby Master" speedrun (except I gave myself the goal to get all songs, which for me is true 100%), which had a time of around 11 hours. Unfortunately the video got corrupted and I only noticed it 2 hours after corruption, so I lost 2 hours of footage, so I never uploaded the videos. That was back in June 2023.

TLDR 18 hours straight of gaming Sonic Adventure 2 back in April 2019, from ~8pm to ~2pm, and most recent 10+ hours was Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe in June 2023 from 12pm to 1am ish.

Snodeca : 13 Hours is quite some time, I have beat a few games by myself like Joy Ride Turbo, nobody helped me beat the game. Took me hundreds of hours to beat, but I've also played it like 8+ hours straight. But yeah, that's a lot of Sonic to be playing.

The longest gaming session on a game is probably this year with EA FC 24. Spent 18 hours just playing games and grinding out coins and SBC’s during the thanksgiving weekend and I think I’ve hit like 20 hours playing the game, half the time from just doing those and the other half playing matches. I don’t know can be exaggerated a bit but I was burnt out I fell asleep from midnight till 3 pm that Tuesday after cyber Monday.

becerra95 : I've heard of that game, but I was never interested in playing it, but 18 hours is a lot of time! Not as 24 hours, but close. (That's what Sonicmcmuffin did)
