It was a bit more complicated than that. The filter could be turned off, it wasn't of by default. So it was still in effect. 
The banned users circumvented the filter by posting images with profanity.
In addition, they broke several other rules.

I tried to get NeptuneJS to work myself briefly, and it might be related to the recent https change. 
They seem to be running on HTTP instead. We can let the appropriate people know and hopefully switching it over will get it fixed.

Either way, we would recommend using the plug-in, as it works better.
It actually embeds the emulator executable into a flash window and gives a lot more functionality than the HTML5 emulators such as saves, save states, screen shots, video recording to name a few.

For whatever reason, all of the zips for all 3 games have just that file.
That means I probably played SF EX 2 in the past so I still had the good files.

So, if tRIUNE can upload again, those files would need to be replaced with new files.
