Its no surprise that we have seen the rise of many great video game industries and the fall of many others. Many successful companies, such as Vault, Bethesda, and in extreme cases High Moon, has defiantly come to show what the new generation is all about. And honestly, I wouldn't expect anything less from them. But then you look at the other companies that have gone bankrupt due to simply bad game ideas, design, or just doing the same thing over and over, such as THQ, Acclaim, or Majesco.
But what about Konami? For those who don't know, Konami was once a video game titan who gave us one of the greatest 2-D shooters of all time, Contra, and even though I can go on and on about other games they have successfully produced, its all about Konami making smart choices, pandering to a market that was evolving into the idea of shooting and running, and basically making games that was both fun to play, and fun to enjoy...but then it happened.
Somewhere in the mid to late 2000's, Konami just began to go downhill. Whether it was just focusing on their prized Yu-gi-oh games or Pachinko machines or whatever, the quality and design of their games began to become dull and underwhelming. Games that talked of being the best so far for their time to even being better then what any company has produced turned to being a fail project and experiment. For a third party support, Konami began to just drop off the map.
And its even more sad because of what has come out of the working division of Konami, the programmers coming out and basically calling Konami a slave camp or a prison of game developing, and then they canned the project of Silent Hill, which everyone, and yes I mean EVERYONE, was excited for, and then fired Hideo Kojima, the one man who was keeping the company floating and even relevant to the world of gaming and design. Konami just seem to have fallen from grace, from now just producing games that barely, just barely pass the bar of playable.
Its a sad fate really, seeing Konami falling as hard as they are. Especially with people leaving the Yu-gi-oh scene to chase after something bigger and better, and the fact that their Pachinko machines are becoming...well, obsolete. Its just sad to see the once great powerhouse of video game design turn into just another building full of developers, and apparently, that may even change.
In a leaked article that I read on a forum post, the company is thinking about putting their business on sale and giving it to the highest bidder. Think about that, Konami sold out by making their games crap, now they are literally selling out.
I guess its better this way in all honesty, but still its sad to see what has happened to Konami. But, maybe they will release one game that rekindle the hearts of many and turn themselves a profit to save their selves, but honestly, I don't see it happening.
With that being said, what do you, my fellow brothers and sisters in gaming think? Do you think Konami has fallen, or do you think their time with us as a game company is finally over? If so talk about it, and spread the word on it. But remember, be nice and respectful.
With that, thank you for reading, and keep your swords sharp, for the revolution is coming. Until next time!

When you think back on different Pokémon games that has become classics, what are ones that generally come to mind? Any of the game boy ones do come to mind, as well as a few Nintendo versions, but every time I think of a good Pokémon game, I have to think about one in particular. Sadly, its also the only that I was able to play before the Nintendo 3DS hit the market. (And before anyone says it yes I was late for black and white.) Now what version am I talking about? Why Pokémon Emerald, which I can fairly say helped jumped started the true possibilities of what a Pokémon game can look and feel like.

With that being said, Hello brothers and sisters in gaming and welcome to Serpentine reviews, to which I am reviewing a game that I have thoroughly enjoyed sense I first bought it back in my teen years, and that game is indeed Pokémon Emerald. But before I do, some rules. I will be reviewing this game under the Vizzed reviewing criteria. This means Graphics, Sound, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, and Difficulty. With that being said, lets get started!

Graphics: For the limitations of the GBA, the graphics for Emerald is very impressive. Of course if you played Ruby and Sapphire, then you'll know what to expect. Now Emerald, however, takes it a step further by adding impressive dynamic cut scenes, moving character sprites as well as Pokémon sprites, and overall the look of it is just amazing. I do believe there is some things that could be worked on, like how a lot of the character sprites are a bit...deformed if I may say, but otherwise, good for them. I say an nine out of ten for graphics.

Sound: The soundtrack and sounds are the same as the ones found on Ruby and Sapphire, but they sound a bit clearer, more defined. Of course that could just be me, but even if its the same as Ruby and Sapphire, the sounds remind you were you are and what kind of Pokémon/trainer battle your walking into. Its very nice to hear how well it transitions to, without making it sound forced. I say another nine out of ten is in order.

Addictiveness: This ones going to be a bit hard for me to rate. For the reason that if you played Ruby or Sapphire or both, don't expect alot of major change from it. Aside from being able to catch both Groundon and Kyogre, its still the same game. Of course, the game does have a high replay factor, and has a few new and improved aspects to it, but not enough that will make it more playable then the previous. I will say though, the real addicting part isn't the whole, finding different Pokémon and catching them, but locating the secret and legendary Pokémon. So it breaks about even with me, but the score I give this is a seven out of ten. Again if you played Ruby or Sapphire before, then you'll probably play this one to, or not.

Story: Again, the story closely resembles Ruby and Sapphires, only this time you get to fight both the teams in the game, rather then side with one to defeat the other, and you can also see a new pov of the story, of how its Rayquaza who is the savior of the world because of how he quells the confrontation of Kyogre and Groundon. Of course until you get to these points, the games story will be identical to the original format of Ruby and Sapphire. But I'll still give it a good rating of a eight out of ten.

Depth: This one is going to be a bit of a disappointment. I don't know if its the same for other people, but when I first held this game, I wanted to backward compatible trade with Pokémon from the previous games I owned. Sadly, you can't do this in Emerald, for you can only trade with the Pokémon you have caught in that region. Again, don't quote me, but that's how it felt to me when I played this game. But other then that, the game has alot to offer you. From the gym battles, to catching Pokémon, to contests, to the Battle Frontier, the game will keep you busy and make sure you don't run out of things to do. After all, the whole premise of the game is to catch them all right? Well, this will be a hard drive for it. I give this a nine out of ten.

Difficulty: Honestly, its hard for me to rate this one. There are alot of new mechanics introduced to the threw gems of this game (Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald), but its not entirely hard to understand or even learn. Granted alot of new players may get lost and beaten a few times, but it won't be because of how bad they are doing, but how the challenge with change periodically. Its a nice balance to where it wont be to hard for beginners but hard enough to help them learn new tactics for Pokémon that they have caught as well as how to train them and in what aspect shall they train them in. I say this one deserves a six out of ten.

Well then guys, after calculating the value of Graphics, Sound, Addictive game play, Story, Depth, and difficulty, I believe this game earns a solid eight out of ten. For this rating,  I would recommend to own the game. Its not high enough for me to give it my Serpentine Seal of Approval, but high enough that I believe anyone should play it and enjoy the game for what it is. As a matter of fact I think the game is still one of my personal favorite.

With that everyone thank you for reading and if you have other criticism or compliments to the game then let it be known. If you want me to review another game then please leave suggestions. Until then, keep your swords sharp, for the revolution is coming. Later!

Eirinn : You sure did put a lot of thought into this reply. And yes I agree with everything you stated. And honestly, its not just the games that I have issues with, its the consoles. For example, I remember a time when the most complicated controller that Nintendo had was the GameCube controller, now we got a controller tablet hybrid. Its unnecessary. And the other games that I've mentioned are just...lame. But otherwise, yes, your statement I agree with the most here.

Ferdinand : Sadly yes. It actually crashes on two occasions. One is when your a Minish and going across timber to one store to another. Another time it crashes is when your in the ice temple, and you get to a part of a room, and it crashes. One of them its not integral to the game play, but you have to beat the temple to proceed game play and continue story.

Ferdinand : Much appreciated, but unfortunately, its one of the situations where I play the game and half way threw the game will stop and then it will say the Emulator Closed. It happens with Minish Cap so far.

We've seen him on the Sega, the Dream cast, the Wii and even in TV and Comics, yet every time I see him, I don't think what I used to think of him. Seeing him back then when he was at his height with his own cartoon and good games, I thought to myself "Oh boy! I hope he keeps this up! He's one of my favs!", but now I look upon the once great Sega mascot and only shake my head in disappointment.

Yes, I know, I shouldn't be to harsh on Sonic. But to be fair everyone, what happened to our once cherished Hedgehog? How did he go threw so much change to become better but in the end became only...well, tainted to gamers and the new generation? Its sad how he looks now. And no, I'm not talking about Sonic Boom (Though lets be honest, that show and some of the games are half past crap-tastic), but more or less the overall change in attitude and attention to him.

Lets think back, my fellow brothers and sisters in gaming, and think about a time when at one point, Sonic was considered world wide to be one of the most popular characters and pop icons in gaming and tv and even in paperback comics. (Yes I read those and still read them.). He was a character everyone loved! Heck, he even trumped Mario when it came to popularity! But now...its like looking at a shell of what used to be.

But then I remember, what about the games? Ah, the games was where Sonic shinned at his brightest. I still remember buying the first ever Sonic the Hedgehog for the Sega Genesis. The speed, the sound, the game play, its all so amazing. It was something I really enjoyed to the fullest. (I may even do a review of Sonic the Hedgehog here on Vizzed) Sonic 2, when the introduced Tails, was really cool to! Sonic and Knuckles was...okay. A bit strange but okay none the less. And when Sonic went 3D for the first time, it didn't disappoint!

But...now I look at him, and his new games and toys and even tv show (shudder) and I just think to myself...what happened to him? Where did it all go wrong? How is it that we went from showing off how awesome he is to simply defaulting him as "that cartoon guy"?

What do you all think, my brothers and sisters in gaming? I know a lot of us are and still is heavy fans of the great Hedgehog, but please, you guys must see what I see right? If so, please talk about it. I want to know how everyone feels overall about it. And don't be afraid to be honest. But at the same time, be respectful to your fellow gamers okay guys? With that, later!

Not going to lie with you guys, but in honesty, I just want Nintendo to end up with what happened to Sega. Remember how Sega started? They began with the Sega Genesis (don't quote me on this) and they ended with the Dream Cast, and then Nintendo bought the rights. But even Sega's most cherished mascot isn't doing hot, and with Nintendo now trying to bleed more money out of a...well...overused concept, I mean how can we hope to believe that Nintendo wont end up like other classics? Like Atari, Sega, and so on?

Now granted I will say that I think Nintendo does have their backups, again I've been with them sense I was young, but to be honest, if they keep doing the same thing over and over, they will end up like the grandfathers of games past.

But again, I'm hoping for the best...I just hope Nintendo doesn't flop to hard in the coming future.

Okay so this has been bothering me for a long time and I need to address it properly and to all of my fellow brothers and sisters in gaming, as well as the powers that are the vizzed leaders, but why does a lot of games on here crash or wont play at all? Is it because of a bug in an emulator is it just because certain things are not registering in my laptop?

VizzedGuy111 : Hey like I said, its your choice and preference. But honestly, Mario Maker is just so...lame. Seriously, its basically Nintendo saying "Well we give up making Mario levels, your turn!", and that's just so...well...un-welcoming you know? But that's just me of course.

Skilledtree : To put it into proper perspective, the reason why no one has chosen the Box one, is simply because of how far it has bombed and how its just a very un-liked counsel now. Granted, the Box 360 is and always will be a great counsel, but the Box one has just bombed sense it first released. And to be fair, if you wanted to play the so called exclusive titles for Box 360 and the X one, you could use a PC. And again, the reason why I didn't include the PC is because I don't technically count it as a gaming counsel.

So let me get this out of the way. Normally I will do my standard intro when it comes to game reviews, and honestly, I will. But before I do...I need to get this out of the way. Churn Trigger for the NES is, with out a doubt, one of the best games I have ever played for the system, and most likely one of the best RPG games I have ever played. Its a really, really good game overall, and honestly I love this game for what it has in it and what path it paved for the current RPG games.

But honestly, why do I love this game? Why do I enjoy it so much?

Well, brothers and sisters in gaming, lets dive in and find out, and let me show you why I enjoy this game and why I, not just as a reviewer and a gamer, but as a fan of RPG's, would recommend this game to you. As per usual, I will be rating this over the normal Vizzed rating system, by judging the game by its Graphics, Sound, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, and Difficulty. With that, lets begin.

Graphics: This game, for the time, has a really nice graphics display and overall has a nice feel of the game in general. It has a top down view, sort of, and the way it looks, moves, and just feels overall is really impressive. To be honest, at the time this was the best experience when it came to display. Everything looks how it should be, and the character pictures and design is pretty awesome. Now to be honest, I'm being a bit biased on the character model and picture because it was co designed by Akira Toriyama, a.K.A. the guy who made the DBZ series, but even if I wasn't a fan, I still enjoy the games presentation. I give the Graphics a Ten out of Ten.

Sound: Again, with the Graphics, the sound fits the entire game. Even the OST is really good, well for a NES game, but honestly I enjoy it more and more every time I listen to it. Its so impacting, from the battle theme, to the opening title theme, to even the Lavos boss theme. Its all very easy to enjoy. So honestly, without sounding like a broken record player, the games sound gets a Ten out of Ten. Like I said, Its just as good as the graphics.

Addictiveness/Difficulty: Okay, I know what every reading is going to say. "Why am I pairing both Addictiveness and Difficulty in the same category?" Simply, because in this game, it goes hand in hand with each other. Yes I'm breaking a role by doing this, but at the same time I really can't describe it better then this. The game is not so difficult that anyone can pick it up and play it, and its aggressively addicting to play. To be honest, the only reason why anyone would have trouble with the game is because you either don't know how to play the game, or you can't play the game well at all. And trust me when I say this, I got a friend who has never played Churn Trigger or any RPG game before, and told him to play it. And he enjoyed it so much that he even bought the technical squeal. (For the record I didn't know that this game had a squeal.) So hand in hand, I will enjoy to give both a Eight out of Ten.

Story/Depth: Again, sorry for this to Vizzed, but I'm breaking a rule again for the games story and depth, and immediately will say that the two go hand in hand once more. I can't stretch this enough, but after playing this game again, I can say this. This games story, is very short, but the game has a lot to offer. Which is a great thing to pair together. The game is only 17 hours long, if your doing the extra endings, and with very little side missions, the depth is focused purely on how you and your fellow characters story tie into each other. The story is really gripping to, showing how the events of the game in the end go to one final outcome. Defeat Lavos. For this one, again, an Eight out of Ten.

Okay everyone, with that being said, I have put into consideration the Graphics, Sound, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, and Difficulty, and then taking into my own personal enjoyment and notes of the game, I give this game a fair 9 out of 10, giving it a Serpentine Seal of Approval, reserved for the best in games, and only given to games I believe everyone should own and play.

Honestly guys, I can't tell you all how much I enjoy this game as a whole and if you can, play it. Heck, play it on Vizzed! Its great and defiantly worth playing. But with that, brothers and sisters thank you for joining me and until next time, keep your swords sharp, for the revolution is coming. Later!

Okay so the past few posts, I've been saying good things based on some good games and companies, then I said some things on other companies and so on, but at the same time, I will always remain a dedicated and faithful gamer. I love all of the industries, but then I wondered one thing. I wondered out of all of them, which of them are the favorite? Especially on Vizzed? So, I think its time to try and now decided now. Now this isn't a poll on which is the best or anything, this is just a poll on which one of the three you, my brothers and sisters in gaming, enjoy! Don't be afraid to be honest and hey, don't be honest to at least tell why you enjoy them.

So please be honest and hey, spread the review! Lets let it be heard from here! Out of all of Vizzed, which titan is the crowd favorite here!

P.S. :I'm running on about three hours of sleep so sorry if this is a bit of a weirdly typed poll. But hopefully you all understand the point and purpose behind it.

So I just got done playing Splatoon, and I must say I really enjoyed it! Its amazing game play, and honestly, its one of the best games Nintendo has produced in quite some time. I got to say that right now, because honestly, the next topic is going to be a bit more of a serious chat on Nintendo.

Its a bit sad, but lately, I've seen and played a lot of games that Nintendo has produced that is...well...disapointing. For example, Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario World Maker, and so on. But honestly...it makes me wonder if Nintendo is starting to run very low on ideas. Its coming to the time where the next generation is coming and continuing, and yet its like Nintendo refuses to acknowledge and stick with their comfort zones. Yeah sure they are trying to move on with more games that are sort of original but, in the end, they rebound to the old song and dance. Yes, Zelda is cool, Mario is a classic, and so on, but come on maybe its time to try and build a legacy off of new blood.

I mean, look at both Microsoft and Sony. Both of them have realized that their long time running mascots have come and gone and aged, and now they are trying to build a future with bigger and better games and characters, and some of the times yes they are going back to the classics, but at least they have no problem re-amping it and putting on a fresh new paint for it them, but still at least the two titans of gaming know where the industry is going and where they need to go to make sure they stay in business.

Nintendo seems to not get that, and that's what makes me question if they will stay in the game for much longer. I've seen polls on how Nintendo has done with their product and its...its worrisome. After all, I grew up with Nintendo. I remember the height of the NES era, and how epic the N64 was. Heck even the Game Cube was cool! But now...now I think of those three consoles as nothing more then relics of a glorious past. Honestly, I wish Nintendo will look at their past and see what made them great and then think "You know, lets not be afraid to only look at the past as a way of reference. Lets move on to bigger and better horizons." They got a good clue with Splatoon, a good step in that direction, but now its time to dive into the pool of success.

But what do you guys think? My fellow of brothers and sisters in gaming? I want to hear what you think. Do you thing the Nintendo industry is still doing good? Or maybe do you think its time to do some bigger things? Remember, there is no such thing as a right or wrong answer. And please be honest here. With that being said, later!

ThanatosUnraveld : Would be interesting to see that's for sure. I mean it would be like you got the cook, and your fighting the ingredients, and maybe the fatalities are replaced with cookalities, and you cook it or something. That would be pretty awesome!

How's it going brothers and sisters in gaming? Its me again, and I was wanting to ask for a bit of help from all if that's okay.

You see, I've been on Vizzed for quite some time now, and I've been doing some good ole reviews on some classic games, heck if you check my review list you can see how I have changed and evolved my style. But the thing is...I don't know if I'm doing real well on them. No one has checked on them and rated them, and it makes me feel as a gamer and a potential reviewer that I'm failing at my job.

So if everyone can, please go to my page and check some reviews that I have done, it would mean a lot to me. And if you can, please do me a solid and give me some advise on my reviews!

Thanks, and remember, keep you sword sharp, for the revolution is coming. Later!

Hello brothers and sisters in gaming, and welcome once again to the Serpentine Review. Thank you for joining me today, for today I bring a special review to a special game. Now truthfully, I only owned the Sega Genesis for a very short time (This was around the time when I was becoming a Sony fan so the PS was getting more attention from me then the other consoles I had owned at the time), but the console has brought about a lot of great memories and even better games. To be fair, Sonic was a favorite of mine, which I'll review that later...maybe, but then there was other games that had caught my attention, a lot that I really cant name off the top of my head even if I tried.

But then I found this game. The title itself caught my attention. Road Rash 2. I never could find the first one, but at the time I didn't care! This game is amazing. It has everything that it needs, but it does have to faults to it...which I will be reviewing today.

As always I will be reviewing this game threw Vizzed method, which is basing if off of Graphics, Sounds, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, and Difficulty, along with my own person enjoyment of the game. With that being said...lets begin.

Graphics: As expected, this is the Sega Genesis, so I'm not expecting the high end graphics, but honestly, I enjoyed the graphics. The motorcycles look exactly what they should, the characters look nice, and honestly the overall look is rather impressive. Unfortunately there is one major complaint. And that's the actual racing part of the game. To be honest the game just suffers when your playing the race, and everything basically tries to blend together when your turning, causing it to become disorienting and confusing. Its not to big of a problem, but when you get the faster bikes (Looking at you Viper with Nitrous) this can become a rather big annoyance with the game. For this one, I'll give it a good eight out of ten.

Sound: Again, this is a Sega Genesis, so again, not expecting much for the sound department. Though to be honest the sound is rather nice. Its the simple kind of Genesis sound, heavy synthesis, heavy sound, and a soundtrack that is really nice to listen to. Unfortunately the soundtrack is very short, which means you will here the same song multiple times, especially if you try to get the more expensive bikes later on (I'll get to that later.) For this one, I can't really put more into sound because, well, if you ever played on a Genesis, then you'll understand when I say, don't expect a lot. But be thankful for what you get. I give this one a six out of ten.

Addictiveness: Geez this game is very addictive. I remember when I first got it, I couldn't put it down to save my life! The bike buying, the racing, and even the fights that can happen while your in the game makes the game all the more fun to play with. Its very intense, and honestly, if your a hardcore fan or racing, you'll never want to put this down. The biggest drive behind this game is getting the fastest bike. And that is what makes this most addictive. Hands down this gets a ten out of ten. Don't believe me, you play it and don't find yourself five hours in the future.

Story: Strangely, this is a part that I can review, sense for a racing game, there is a bit of a story, all be it a very short and very unflattering one. The story is basically, Guy owns bike, Guy races with bike, Guy wants to be best at racing on bike, and so on. The story is more or less what you make of it, but even I cant stretch my imagination on this. So honestly, the story gets a pretty low score...maybe a 3 out of 10.

Depth: This is a bit of a fault that I again find in the game. Despite the game play and the racing portion of it, the depth of the game isn't really all that great. You can race on four stages, and the only difference in them is the track and the racers, as well as speed if you beat all four stages. Then there is what I talked about earlier, the game offers more bikes you can buy to increase your speed and handling. Sounds good right? Well it is, but its not that great if you know how to get the bikes without ranking up in the racing portions. So for depth...I say a five out of ten would be fair enough for it.

Difficulty: Again, this part of the game is rather disappointing. Yeah the game would like to trick you into thinking that you need to waste a lot of time into trying to win the race to upgrade your bike, but again, its only difficult if you don't know how to work out the kinks, as well as learn how to use the weapons that is found in the game. Once you find them out, the game is rather easy to play. So I'm going to give this one a simple two out of ten.

Well now everyone with all of that being said, I have put into factor the Graphics, Sound, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, Difficulty, and my own personal enjoyment into consideration, and after thinking hard on it, I would say that this game deserves a 8.3 out of ten which gives it the Own it rating. The game is defiantly worth owning just for the addicting factor, and as I said its a game that anyone who loves racers will want to play, but its just shy of a few points to get the official Serpentine seal of approval. But don't worry, maybe when you guys play it, maybe after you read this review, you will all go to play it and find out for yourself.

Well one and all with that being said I believe its time for me to leave. Thank your brothers and sisters for joining me and as I have said before, Keep you swords sharp, for the revolution is coming. Later!

Later!

Hello brothers and sisters in gaming and welcome to my review. Now today I decided to challenge myself a little and review a game that I have loved sense childhood. Now let me explain, imagine a kid who was young, had just beaten Mario World, LoZ Ooc, Starfox 64, and so on and so forth, I was getting bored. Don't ask me on why, but when I was a kid my attention span was really low.

Then a friend of mine came to me and he said, "Hey buddy, why not try Gex 64?" Obviously this perked my interest, and oh my god the game is just so much fun! And granted there has been many versions of the game on many platforms, the N64 version remains the absolute best in my eyes, always being great when it comes to graphics and sound.

Okay, now that I'm not gushing over the game, lets get to the review okay? Now I'm going to do this how I do it always, by Vizzed standards. The Graphics, Sounds, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, and Difficulty. And at the end, as well as adding in my own personal enjoyment, I will give it a final score. Lets begin.

Graphics: The N64 was infamous for good graphics at the time, no doubt better then the past, and Gex is no different. The graphics are really good, especially sense it changes up the style of the levels depending on the level that your on. Its pretty cool, to be completely honest. It reminds me a lot of how Mario World pulled it off, by changing the artwork and graphics to fit the level. Only because of the world of Gex, its pulled off on a grander level. Its something that defiantly deserves a glance, and to be enjoyed. There are some instances, however, where the graphics fail in some areas, and others I question if it was a wise choice, for some level obstacles, such as lava or enemies practically blend in with the surroundings, but its okay. I can deal. So...how does a eight out of ten. Sounds legit right?

Sound: Sound effects and soundtrack was a real selling point of this game. You see, just like how the graphics fit certain themes in the game, so did the soundtrack, for it went from playful and exciting, to dark and mysterious, to even Chinese action oriented. It transitions well, and some of the bosses even have their own soundtrack, which further enhances the experience. I would say however the soundtrack does get a bit repetitive. However, I will give honorable mention to the main character Gex, for every so often, he will spout a quote or famous line from other hit media shows. Interesting right? Well it really is, so that's a cool thing right? I give this on a nine out of ten. If it wasn't for the repetitive soundtrack and quotes, then I may have enjoyed it more. But for now...well oh well.

Addictiveness: This game is really fun and very easy to get into, especially if you played any game similar in game style, such as Mario World, and enjoyed it as well. The only thing is, although its addicting, its not gripping. Honestly once you beat it, you'll probably leave it and not go back to it, unless you really enjoyed it. Me? I'm a gamer who loves to beat and experience the game fully, so that's why I enjoy this game...but at the same time its a bad fault. So...yeah eight out of ten again. Sorry, but honesty is a great policy.

Story: Honestly...there isn't a story in this game really to follow. That's probably the biggest fault I can find with this game. There's no back story on the main character, Gex, or even why he's doing what he is doing. Its a rare occurrence that I've encountered multiple times before, but this one I can't find a story. Sorry, but this gets no rating.

Depth: Again, there's not a lot of depth in the game. Even if you played it for the first time, you'll understand what you need to do immediately. Plus there is a weird glitch in the game that can have you skip by a certain point in the game. This is very strange, but if you play if fairly, the only depth is how long it would take to get to another part of the game. So...I say maybe a five out of ten.

Difficulty: A very easy answer for this part of the review for the question, is it hard? And the answer, no, its not very hard. Again if you know what your doing you will find out that the game isn't all that hard to beat an not at all that hard to master. The only difficult parts are the boss battles for how confusing they can be. So...again five out of ten. Sorry.

Okay, so now after reviewing the game and factoring Graphics, Sounds, Addictiveness, Story, Depth, and Difficulty, and then adding in my own personal enjoyment, I give this game the rating of a 7.1 out of ten giving this game the Own it rating. Its not that impressive but if your willing to give it a shot, them I'm sure you'll understand why I say this game isn't that high up in the ratings. But still, its fun and it does deserve at least a look.

Well guys thank you for reading and enjoying the review, and now if you would go and play the game, I think you'll understand why I gave it the rating. As always, brothers and sisters thank you for joining me, and remember, keep your sword sharp...for the revolution is coming. Until then, later.
