Like many have said, if I see it fall out of someone's pocket, or whatever, I will give it back, hell there are times where I have found a $50 bill laying on the ground at the store, and gave it to the store, because I would feel bad spending it. That is just me though lol.

For me, it would depend on the amount of money that is left around so if it is not significant I don't feel terrible about it. Also if I actually see the loose money falling out of some ones pocket I would let them know that they dropped something, but if I can't get their attention and I take the money I REALLY feel bad about it no matter the amount. As far as the most I have picked up, I once found a five dollar bill caught in a road gutter.

No I don't because whenever I find money lying around it's usually just some change like 50 cents to a dollar so I never thought hat anyone would miss it. The most that I ever "found" was a 20 dollar bill, this was a really really long time ago like when I wa 8 years old but I looked at it and I never picked it up, I just kept going because I figured someone would look for it.

This is a very good question to ask....if its small amount of money like in pounds or pence's I wouldn't feel bad. But if its the big ones such as 10 pounds and more I may not take it considering it will make me to think I am this bad person stealing an unknown money I saw on the floor or on a road pathway. :/

If it's over a dollar and I didn't see who dropped it I would turn it in to an adult that works there.  Maybe a little kid dropped his money that he had saved and is sad about it. Or maybe an old person lost their last few dollars for something they really need. If the person I turn in to says to keep it then I will not feel bad because at least I tried. If there's no one to turn it in to and didn't see who dropped it then I might keep it. The most I found before was a 20 dollar bill.

If it's anything over 99 cents, I feel bad if I take it, so I usually don't take it and sometimes give it to a lost and found, if there's one nearby. I get guilty easily, so yeah.

The most money, in terms of just loose money, was a 20 dollar bill. I guess if it was anything more than that, it would have already been picked up XD. But in money, in general, I have found someone's wallet before. Let's just say the person was rich lol, at least from what he had in there . We turned it into the lost and found, and it was good because the person who lost it was relatively close.

I couldn't take it, honestly. If I knew who dropped it, I'd tell them, but if it's just been sitting there for a while, and no one else has picked it up, I'd still leave it. Someone else can have it, or hopefully the owner will find it, but either way, I'd rather not take anything that doesn't belong to me.

About a year ago, I was walking home, and found a laptop computer just lying in the grass. No one was around, and it was next to the highway, so it seemed unlikely that the owner didn't know where it was. I waited another day (luckily, it didn't rain), and since it was still there, I took it home. I turned it on, found out this guy left TONS of personal information on it, found out who he was, and how to contact him, and returned it. He thanked me and offered to give me some reward money, but I declined. He was lucky I wasn't some identity thief. The only thing I regret is not asking how his computer ended up on the highway. XD

It really depends on the situation. If I found money, and didn't think anyone dropped it that was around, I'd keep it for sure. If I saw someone drop money, or knew who it belonged to when I found it, then I'd return it to them (though I wouldn't put effort in to find out who's it was unless it was a wallet with an ID or something, then I'd be sure to give it back).

It really comes down to how much effort I'd have to put in to return it to who it belongs lol. If you put it out there you found lost money, who knows who would try to say it was theirs. I'd rather just keep it
Finders keepers, Losers weepers, am I right? lol.
