zanderlex : Could work but that's again assuming it's something everyone would be interested in. I doubt this is going to draw much interest from those who aren't very active on the forums/chat unless you do something unique to set it apart from other card games mechanics wise.

This idea is absolutely amazing. However...
Card distribution:
Two possible ideas:
1. Find through just being on site. However this would be bss since there would be a crap ton of idling for cards. Not fun. This idea needs to be limited to finding through random chance when posting out of certain forums (e.g., crazy house rp).
2. Packs. Best way to do it. Huge difficulty however in determing pack price. You need to stop people from buying packs then selling individual cards at higher prices than their worth to people only looking for one or two cards to complete their collection etc.

Another issue: You can't buy individual cards from store (not from other users) other wise the rich folks out there would be done in a day and have 4 of evey catd or its balanced for the rich and the poor have no way of ever catching up.

Battle system: not gonna happen unless you wanna do it with out davideo7 help. See vizzed stock market. Too much work. Programming it would be a pain... 

Staff: this card project would require the largest amount of staff positions added at a time.
You'll need:
An art team, at least three people, to avoid overloading one person.
Card design
Art supervisor (might be part of art team actively illustrating)
Card mods (people to deal with card related problems, question)
Price manager (old cards values will go down as time goes by. Individual price needs to be set)
And one person to manage this whole thing. A card staff manager.

What goes on the card:
Original characters only. No vizzed users (otherwise everyone would complain about not getting their own card. Davideo7 would be an exception) So yeah, depending on pack size, work for the art team changes. No matter what, whether its a 10 card pack or a 20, i feel bad for future staff XD

Suggestion: card rewards for conpleting achivements (these cards among certain others should be untradeable) for e.g. refer 20 users, gets you ________

We wouldn't need an art team either, its already been discussed what the cards would look like and we even have 3 cards done.

It wouldn't be a vizzed game if it was some random design, and how would people complain about not getting on a card? Everyone can apply.

As for the battles, that's just the secondary idea, the main goal is the actual card collecting system.
