Seriously? : If that's the message you are getting, unfortunately it seems your password was either changed by the password reset or (hopefully not) cracked then then changed.

When you do get a password reset, change your password to something else and try to make it secure and write it down if you need to.
I might suggest that you don't use words that someone can find in a dictionary, try using caps somewhere in the password, and a number and symbol as well so its not easy to crack (assuming that is what happened).

We will see if we can help you contact David to have your password reset as soon as possible.
