I've found that on days where I'm always on, I use it a few times a day. I think people should use it more, but that's just me being desperate for internet approval.

Post more awesome things, and I'll like those awesome things. Post more stupider, and I'll dislike more often. Not sure how it could get much more simple.

Yeah, I do. Some days more than others. 

I tend to like things if they are funny. If they are really smart and well thought out, I'll throw out a like as well. 

I have stopped giving out dislikes as much as I used to. I tend not to dislike a post unless it is just hateful, 110% spammy, or just so stupid it deserves a dislike.

I use the liking system a lot mainly because I want everyone to get motivated by visiting this site everyday and have a time to post more. This is best thing I know to help anyone to be more active and this site is very important to me that's why I always do it to help others.
I rarely use the dislike system whenever I think the post is offensive and it contains a spam.

I figured out why it wasn't there, I had my thread settings set to RPG (Which is more compact than the normal setting). I have it set to normal now, and I can see it now. Before, those buttons weren't there at all.
