It was like 4 AM when I went to sleep yesterday. I actually managed to stay awake perfectly despite having adapted my sleep schedule for work, which is surprising.

If it weren't because I had a board game night with my friends I'd have stayed in my 1 AM usual schedule. In itself it is already late enough, but considering I used to not call it a day before 2 AM not so long ago it's a very good progress from me. I plan on reducing it a bit further if at all possible, but I don't think real life will actually allow me to make it possible.
