rcarter2 : I ran a script about a year ago that deleted all unused notifications but since than, the site was storing every notification of every user which was around 1.5 million notifications. This new automated script will delete them more frequently.

I originally planned on making it delete any that fall off the first page but I must've forgot to do it; either way it now deletes those (and notifications older than a year old which applies to a lot of people who haven't been to the site in a while).
