Davideo7 : Hey it was my idea! lol ;-) Although I disagree with the return TD. A TD should be scored the same no matter how it was scored. I am referring to interceptions and sacks because those are important plays in the game.

Anyways Legacyme3: It isn't change for the sake of change. It's change to balance out the scoring and make it more fair. It's stupid that a QB can throw 3+ interceptions and still have a great fantasy day.

This is the only league that I have ever played in that has this low of negative points for Interceptions and nothing for sacks. Those are important plays and skews the scoring even more in the QB's favor. This helps it be more balanced.

Oh and Sonic. You don't have ESPN.com or Yahoo sports in England? ;-) It just takes a little research to learn the players which is easily available online.

Jordanv78 : Sacks are usually not the QB's fault so I don't think it's fair to penalize the QB for those. I agree that interceptions should have more negative points.

I was looking at that and that seems completely unfair. That means the commissioner can completely screw a team over or help a certain team to make the playoffs.

megamanmaniac : You can't, the teams that didn't make the playoffs still get to keep their players unless they choose to drop them.

No one should be aloud to drop players who are not in the playoffs. It is unfair. Especially to the person they are versing.

Davideo7 : I would also like to throw out the suggestion of shortening the bench by 1 or 2 spots for next year. Especially if it's going to continue to be a 20 team league.

The only change I think NEEDS to happen is commissioner veto. A lot of flat out stupid trades happened that could have been stopped. Worst case is one slips through and everyone b****es about it. If they do its not hard to fix.

I'm just saying that most leagues I have ever played in put more emphasis on the interception. It should be more than -1 point is all I'm saying. It's stupid that a QB can throw 3+ Interceptions and still have a great fantasy day in this league. Which happened many times in the Vizzed league this year.

Also having one or two less bench spots keeps the waiver wire more competitive as managers wont have as many spots to just sit on players. Most leagues don't have 5 bench spots. That's at least 1 too many IMHO.

Also on a less critical note I was thinking that it would be cool to transfer one of the roster spots from W/T to W/T/RB or just to another straight RB spot. I personally think it would help balance the rosters a little more. Right now it seems a little unbalanced with 5 receiver spots and only 2 RB spots.

Listen you guys can take my suggestions or leave them. I'm just trying to help the league become more balanced. I've played fantasy football for 15 years or so and I kinda know what has always worked well for me and the leagues I have played in for years. Heck I've been playing on yahoo leagues for like 12+. It's no big deal if nothing is changed but I honestly think that some of these suggestions would make things more fun and competitive. If things stay the same that's fine too.

Davideo7 : In both my money leagues it set that way. 4 points for passing TD's and -3 for interception. In my opinion that's the best setup.

Really it needs to be at least -2 though.

The TD to INT ratio as it is in the Vizzed league is a little unbalanced.. If your QB throws 4TD's and 4 Ints they still net 12 points.
