I used to read a lot, but at some point in school I stopped because it was such a beating to have to read everything the teachers wanted you to and then try to read for fun.  In sixth or seventh, I averaged several thousand pages a year for our reading program, but after that it was nothing but textbooks.  Even now I don't read all that much.  When I do read, though, I go for books from the Wheel of Time series and the Dragonlance series.

I enjoy reading fiction, and have always had a book "on the go" since I was very small. I generally stick to fantasy (Lord Of The Rings, Dune, Discworld) but have a reasonable collection of horror (Stephen King) too.
A good book can create just as much atmosphere and emotion as any film or game; I was disheartened the other day to hear on the news that the percentage of children in the UK that own books had gone down over recent years. A sign of the times, perhaps, but I would encourage anyone who has never picked up a novel to try one.

ive always been a bookworm although i read slightly less than i did before now.
I tend to read alot of fantasy and sometimes comedy.
I also tend to read alot of books about history and space.
Once i find a good book i can read almost the whole day.
The two best book series ive read is probably Harry Potter and the Dragon Keeper.
Dunno if thats what last ones name is in english.
And oh i read a ALOT of comics and manga although when it comes to comics i mostly read Donald Duck. And when i get the chance to maybe some Calvin and hobbes.

I used to love reading books. Now I don't really have time to read them that often between work and other activities, I just don't have as much time.

I do read a lot, don't get me wrong, just usually not "books" a lot of the reading I do these days is online.

Yes, but not too much recently. There's just so much other things to do, so that, unless it is during the summer or a long break, I feel it a waste of time.

Every once in a while, but as a whole, I don't usually read books in general.
